16 conference halls with spaces from 50 and up to 723 sq m are available to customers for holding congresses, business forums, conferences, seminars, meetings, presentations, and training courses:
2 conference halls with amphitheater seating each of 600 seating capacity (Blue and Red) facilitated with stationary stages (Pavilion 2);
14 conference halls and 9 meeting rooms adjoining exhibition halls.
Freight forwarding and customs services for processing of exhibition cargoes subject to customs clearance and services for handling of all cargoes for non-resident participants are provided by the Official freight forwarders and the Crocus Expo Official customs broker. Upon arrival of goods at the Crocus Expo territory the participant must submit documents confirming the customs status and goods ownership to the Crocus Expo Transport and Logistics Department.

Please be informed that in case of construction and facilitation of exhibition stands and/or implementation of installation and construction works by third parties, each builder shall undergo accreditation at the General Builder and sign the relevant contract with its representatives. Otherwise access to works implementation will be forbidden.
