Announcement of the International exhibition of creativity and hobbies Moscow Hobby Expo

Crocus Expo will host November 19 to 21, 2021 the International exhibition of creativity and hobbies Moscow Hobby Expo, the only project in Russia dedicated to all areas of leisure. The project provides the perfect platform for meeting and sharing experience among like-minded people, creative personalities, collectors, modeling enthusiasts, fans of technical skills and "smart" portable devices, fans of ultra-modern gadgets, as well as lovers of an active lifestyle who are always in search of something new.

The Moscow Hobby Expo exposition will be supplemented by entertainment and educational events: international auto and aircraft model competitions, traditionally attracting attention of a huge number of spectators; tank all-around championships; creative competitions and optional master classes; bright presentations of participating companies.


More than 300 participating companies from 14 cities of the Russian Federation (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Kazan, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saratov, Sevastopol, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl and others) will display the most popular products of the modern hobby industry. The exposition space will comprise more than 10 000 sq m.

Large key players of the market are among the exhibitors: Hobby Center, Fonduchok's Boutique, Lab Model, Albatross Company, Attic of the Collector, Microdesign TPO, Technell, Falconet, Ovechkiny Zabavy, Neocraft, the Federation of Tank Model Sports, the Federation of Automodel Sport of Moscow ROO, Mirabel Studio and others.

The exhibition will feature: stand models; designer apparel; bracelets and wristbands; painted clothing and accessories; lampwork design elements in vintage and retro styles; products made from selenite, felted wool, wood, malachite, leather and other natural materials; pottery; polymeric utensils; interior items and furniture made of natural materials; tapestry products; antiques; handmade dolls; phytodesign and handmade flowers; diamond painting; bouquets of candy; products in decoupage technique and much more.


We can rightfully define the program of the exhibition as really spectacular. Visitors will have an opportunity to watch: copter flights; trucks and all-terrain vehicles overcoming various obstacles; radio-controlled cars competing with each other in speed and maneuverability. And most importantly - anyone willing can take part in various activities: master a new style of painting; try yourself in sculpting; learn how to manage technical devices.

The Federation of Automodel Sport of Moscow ROO will hold several events within the frames of Moscow Hobby Expo:

  • On two tracks - with high-speed straight and jumping-off tracks and on a flat track for cars speeding up to 100 km/h - the Grand Prix will be held in classes of electric ATVs and highway-ring car models with electric drive.
  • The best pilots in Drone Races from all over Russia will fight November 19 to 20 to be qualified for the 2022 World Games in the United States.
  • The annual winter race on Tiny Whoop class mini-drones Cold Games will be held November 21.

The Federation of Tank Model Sports together with the Central Sports Tank Club and the Tank Workshop Plant No. 13 will organize scenic battles with the latest auxiliary e-gaming tools and RC tank pilot competitions. Everybody having RC of scale 1:16 will have an opportunity to participate in the competitions:

  • The open tank all-around championship Tank Olympus 2021 - Ring Races.
  • Training workshop Elementary level course for RC tank control, which will be held November 19 and 21 from 9:00 to 10:00. The classes will be held by representatives of the FTMS coaching staff. A certificate will be issued upon completion.
  • Interactive tank battles (both one-on-one and in mixed teams).

The Silver Wolf Vikings Club will present the reconstruction of the Viking era and Ancient Russia. There will be a field camp of the Russian force made in the exhibition hall. Visitors will be able to explore copies of armor and household items that were used a thousand years ago, walk through craftsmen market rows and hold a copy of the real Viking sword or Russian saber in their hands.

Photo zones in the historical camp, as well as a craft fair will be available on the first day of the exhibition, November 19. One-on-one combat tournament will take place November 20, and fives fights on the bridge and squad competitions will be held November 21.

Classes in various areas of craftsmanship will be held within the frames of master classes: scrapbooking, quilling, decoupage, decap technique and sculpting from various materials. The following master classes will be held November 20 and 21:

  • The Albatross Company, a manufacturer of art brushes and materials for artists, organizes two New Year's classes at 11:00 and 15:00.
  • The painter Alexandra Fedulina will hold three master classes, the participants of which will create landscapes and still lives with pastel, acrylic and palette knives.


International exhibition Moscow Hobby Expo presents an entire world of hobbies for any age! Professional hobbyists and those who are in search of a creative outlet come from all over Russia in search of materials, supplies, equipment, ideas and techniques and thus making the event a long-awaited meeting place for people who cannot imagine their lives without entertaining pastime. The idea to bring about such a show was inspired by our busy, fast-paced lifestyles, and how for many of us, we don't grant ourselves that necessary 'me-time'.
