MOSCOW OFF-ROAD SHOW

Overcoming off-road conditions!

Moscow Off-road Show, an unforgettable entertainment for all fans of powerful crossovers, off-road and all-terrain vehicles – will be held August 24 through 27, 2017. The project runs on odd years alternating with the Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS) and took place for the first time in 2015.

Moscow Off-road Show will demonstrate a wide range of vehicles intended for the exploration of various off-road conditions. Participants of the project will have an opportunity to find new business partners and potential clients for their products, and visitors will talk with the most knowledgeable people in the off-road industry and see the changes taking place in the national market.

Two years ago exposition incorporated car makers, branch experts and fans of powerful, dynamic vehicles from around the world. Professionals, enthusiasts and all friends of four wheeling were attracted to the fairgrounds. SUVs, crossovers, all-terrain vehicles, automobile tuning, spare parts and accessories for cars of advanced cross country ability were displayed within the frames of the show.

Moscow Off-road Show 2017 will also present a wide range of various vehicles: SUVs and crossovers from global car makers, various types of all-terrain vehicles (including track-type), ATVs, snowmobiles, bigfoot trucks, towers and other machinery used both for active outing and for industrial tasks, special equipment, appropriate goods for extreme tourism. This is where OHVs, UTVs and ATVs get into gear to attract everybody who loves 4×4 sports – from mild to extreme.

An extensive calendar of entertaining and educational events, so as awarding ceremonies for the winners of various profile contests will supplement the exposition.

Guests of Moscow Off-Road Show will see Winners Podium of the Best Off-road Vehicle of the Year award – the best automobiles from the catalogue of 97 cars which are officially sold in the Russian market as of the beginning of May, 2017 in 7 nominations which had been chosen by the Club 4x4 magazine together with enthusiasts and fans of all wheel drive vehicles and professionals – recognized car experts whose materials are available in printing and Internet mass-media, television, radio and to which choice everybody trust. Affordability of the car became one of the main criteria in selection of nominees. Cooperation of the award Best Off-road Vehicle of the Year and Crocus Expo provides for the third year an opportunity to plunge into the atmosphere of a real holiday.

ISUZU RUS will display several cars. But the highlight will be the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35. Those for whom a standard pick-up just isn't tough enough will surely be attracted to the vehicle which is the most extreme pick-up ever sold through Russia. The AT35 is engineered to excel in the most arduous terrain and will meet the most demanding challenges from farmers and other rural workers, those in the construction industry, and adventurous thrill-seekers alike. With giant 35-inch wheels, lofty 290 mm ground clearance, and rut-busting approach, ramp and departure angles, the AT35 offers off-road capabilities that have never before been available in a vehicle.

Germanika, the largest Volkswagen dealer in Moscow, will bring to the show Volkswagen Amarok pick-up. The pick-up is an attractive alternative thanks to its high seat position, good all-round visibility and high-quality interior. This is how elegant and comfortable driving both on and off made-up roads can be. And, despite its impressive size, getting into the Volkswagen Amarok is easy. Doors that swing open wide and - depending on the design variant - grab handles on the A and B-pillars help you climb into the cab.

U Service+ Group of Companies will display legendary Subaru products: a new Subaru XV, Outback and Forester. Subaru has unveiled the all-new Subaru XV at the 2017 Geneva International Motor Show. XV is a crossover which combines a compact body with SUV capability based on Subaru's distinctive Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system and rugged yet sporty design, offering versatility in both urban areas and the countryside.

The novelty of 2017 – Shatun ATV from Mekhanika company – will be presented also at the show.  The Shatun amphibious ATV is capable of moving in almost any conditions. Its advantages include a turning frame and huge 1.75 m wheels. The ATV weighs 2 tons and can carry up to 1 ton of cargo. Shatun's maximum speed is 45 km/h on land and 5 km/h on the water.

Ex-Road large scale exposition will feature alongside with Pinzgauer, Unimog, Hagglunds BV206, Bremach and Mercedes G55 vehicles a wide range of satellite and expedition equipment from the leading global producers.

The show will also feature the latest developments of the tuning industry, impressive design solutions and ideas for creation of exclusive car appearance to all admirers of an individual auto styling, effective cars, motor vehicles and fans of high speed. TRIFFID TRUCKS, 4x4 Tundra and LINE-X engineering centre, AnViR, Autoventuri tuning centre, 4x4 Sport and others will present their exclusive products and services within the project.

Undoubtedly test drives will be the highlight of the event. Every driving license holder will have also an opportunity to have a one-of-a-kind off road experience riding an outstanding obstacle course.
