12th International exhibition of automotive industry
INTERAUTO
The largest in Russia specialized event of automotive industry – the 12th International exhibition InterAuto – will be held August 25 through 28, 2016 in Crocus Expo IEC!
The project is officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry for Transport of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Moscow region, the Association of Russian Automakers (OAR) and the National Association of Automotive Components Manufacturers (NAPAK).
Alfiya Kogoguina, State Duma deputy, Chairman of the Expert Council of the State Duma on the innovative development of the automotive and special equipment industry by the State Duma’s Committee on Industry of the Russian Federation; Vladimir Gutenev, State Duma deputy, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Industry; Serguei Kogoguin, Chairman Association of Russian Automakers NP, Director General KAMAZ PTC; Frank Schauff, Director General of the Association of European Businesses in Russia and Alexander Morozov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, are invited to participate in the Official opening ceremony of the exhibition. This year it will be combined with the opening ceremony of the Moscow International Automobile Salon (MIAS) 2016.
The key players of the automotive market, producers and distributors of equipment, spare parts, materials for repair and maintenance works, automotive components, car electrics and electronics, alarm and anti-theft systems, tires and disks, car care means, garage equipment and specialized equipment will display their latest novelties and achievements. The project provides the perfect platform from which to preview new products, evaluate market trends, and establish long-lasting and commercially profitable partnerships. Despite the dynamic changes taking place in Russia and in the automotive sector, the show continues to complement and reflect the industry’s demand. The overall exhibit space will comprise more than 16 000 sq m.
InterAuto 2016 will unite more than 400 companies from 36 regions of Russia (Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region; Astrakhan, Belgorod, Vladimir, Volgograd, Voronezh, Sverdlovsk, Kaluga, Kirov, Kostroma, Kurgan, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Oryol, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, Saratov, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Chelyabinsk regions; Altai, Krasnodar, Perm, Primorsk and Khabarovsk krais; Republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan) and 9 foreign countries (Belarus, Germany, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, China, Latvia, Poland, Taiwan and Finland).
The exhibition aims to stimulate and lead global discussion on the challenges to automotive goods and services safety, availability and production, to facilitate cooperation and networking among the key players and policymakers and create awareness and platform for best practices and innovations.
As its popularity and success rate has grown over the last ten years the exhibition has developed to incorporate a dense and topical calendar of business events aimed at covering of practical aspects of business optimization for the participants of the automotive market. The right format of the exhibition and integration of events which have stable visitors audience, allows the exhibitors to get maximum effect of the participation.
VDA QMC Global Event expert forum will be held within the frames of the exhibition. The event offers the perfect business platform for specialists’ networking. Known international experts presented at the VDA QMC Global Event forum the latest achievements of specialists working groups delegated by German car makers who develop quality management standards under the auspices of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). VDA QMC representatives will inform about the review of ISO/TS 16949, and also about new to the Russian market methods of quality management and practice of their application.
In 12 years InterAuto exhibition successfully proved to be the platform for further promotion of automotive components to the Russian market. Professionals of the automotive industry have an opportunity to exchange experience, find and establish new partnerships and of course attract new clients. It is expected that more than 30 000 people will attend the event in 2016.

Official opening ceremony of the 12th International exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto and the Moscow Autosalon will take place August 25 at 02:00 p.m. in Crocus Expo IEC Pavilion 3.
