18th International Exhibition of Equipment for Processing of Metal Profiles, Pipes, Sheets and Manufacture of Metal Products Mashex will be held in Crocus Expo IEC, Moscow, on October 27-30, 2015. The event is organized by ITE Group, the leader at the exhibition services market in Russia.
The exhibitors are the leading Russian and global manufacturers and suppliers of metalworking equipment, tools, production accessories, measuring instruments, component parts and services.
Mashex Moscow is a high-profile event for the Russian industry. For 18 years of its existence it has become the leading business ground for domestic and foreign manufacturers and consumers of metalworking and measuring equipment as well as new materials and technologies. At Mashex Moscow exhibitors and visitors meet the existing partners and look for new ones. Current tasks are solved and contracts are concluded here. Mashex provides an effective start for development of cooperation with foreign partners.
Sergey Sobko, the Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee on Industry, in his welcome address to the Exhibition exhibitors, guests and organisers has noticed the particular significance of the Exhibition for the industry: "The traditional holding of Mashex promotes active integration of new technologies, enhancement of Russian manufacturers' competitiveness as well as increase of export potential of the metalworking industry steadily."
Mashex meets the demands of all groups of the target audience creating new products and developing traditional ones continuously. Mashex 2015 exposition is interesting both for visitors being representatives of large machine-building, metallurgic, oil & gas enterprises and many other companies as well as for representatives of medium-sized businesses manufacturing metalware for industrial and household use.
Over 70 companies from 10 countries worldwide such as Russia, Belarus, China, Germany, Korea, Latvia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and Ukraine will take part in Mashex this year. The following leading Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of metalworking equipment and tools will demonstrate their products: Pumori, Pride Engineering, RIC Stanko, Ostec, Prima Power, Irlen Engineering, MOSSklad, Flow Europe GmbH, Hans Schröder Maschinenbau GmbH, Intervesp, ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH and many other companies.
Multiple newly-designed industrial products will be presented at the Exhibition. Prima Power LLC, a regular exhibitor at Mashex Moscow, will demonstrate Ex series Electromechanical Turret Punching Machine on its stand. The unit supports the up-to-date servo-electrical punching technology.
TaeguTec will present TaeguTec metal-cutting tools (turning, drilling, milling) at the Exhibition.
Zetek Ltd., a regular exhibitor at Mashex Moscow, jointly with its partners from Hiwin Technologies Corp. will present a wide range of HIWIN guide strips, HIWIN КК and KA linear modules and other equipment at the Exhibition.
Tekhnobalans will demonstrate two balancing machines on its stand: Bench-mounted TB 20 Machine allows balancing small products of weight just from 50 g to 5 kg. Professional TB300 Machine allows balancing rotors of weight from 3 to 300 kg with distance between journals from 120 to 1450 mm.
The following equipment from the leading manufacturers will be presented to visitors on INDUSTRY-SERVICE CJSC stand: JUTEC Biegesysteme GmbH (Germany) pipe benders for cold bending of pipes and profiles of 6-90 mm; Dynobend B.V. (Holland) automatic and semiautomatic pipe benders for cold bending of pipes and profiles; T-DRILL OY (Finland) fixed and mobile equipment for drawing necktubes for T-pipe, for pipe cutting, bearing face folding for flange and pipe end forming; Weil Engineering GmbH (Germany) equipment for production of light-wall pipes and barrel shell of steel sheet; E.M.S.S.A.(France) automatic and semiautomatic molding machines for molding pipe ends of 4-780 mm, cutting machines and hydraulic molding presses.
In 2015 Mashex Moscow will be held in Crocus Expo IEC at the same time with five other industrial exhibitions such as PCVExpo, Power Electronics, ExpoCoating Moscow, Testing&Control and NDT Russia. The joint holding of six exhibitions at single ground will allow combining over 650 exhibitors from 35 countries worldwide and about 15 000 experts during the "industrial week". The synergy of the exhibition projects will enable exhibitors to choose required materials for various phases of production process and equipment from neighboring industrial sectors: petrochemical, oil & gas, machine building, metalworking, metallurgy, construction, aerospace, military industrial sector and automotive industries.
Mashex Moscow visitors can take part in the events of the combined Business Programme of the "industrial week" such as scientific and practical conferences and round table discussions arranged for the industry experts.
International Scientific and Practical Conference "Analysis of state, modernization and development of boiler and power equipment market. Features of application of new energy efficient equipment at industrial and civil facilities" will be held on October 27. Representatives of the following leading Russian and foreign companies will make presentations on it: Viktor Zavatskiy, the Head of Industrial Equipment Department, "BOSCH Termotekhnika"; Igor Plotnikov, Leading Engineer for Development, VIESSMAN in Russia; Aleksey Serdyukov, Director General, Verkhnerusskie Utility Systems NPO and other industry experts.
