The 29th specialized exhibition for professionals of HoReCa and tourism PIR EXPO is open
The 29th edition of PIR EXPO, the largest in Russia professional event for the specialists of HoReCa industry, has been opened today October 26 at Crocus Expo.
Every year, the exhibition brings together leading manufacturers and suppliers of products, solutions and services for the hospitality industry, as well as restaurateurs and hoteliers of Russia and the CIS countries. The organizers of the event are fully committed to developing the hospitality industry, raising the level of specialists in the field of HoReCa, helping to strengthen inter-corporate business ties.
The exhibition is segmented by sections for the target audience of professional visitors. This year, a new large segment has been added to the usual PIR-Restaurant, PIR-Hotel, PIR-Coffee - Food Production. Ready-to-eat meal.
More than 700 leading Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers demonstrate comprehensive solutions for restaurants, hotels, coffee houses and food industries within the frames of the exposition comprising about 40 000 square meters. The geography and scale of the exposition are growing - companies from Asia are actively involved, which opens up new opportunities for partnership. Today PIR Expo is the largest exposition and the deepest coverage of the HoReCa sphere.
The business program includes over 400 events (conferences, lectures, joint sessions, practical master classes, discussions and presentations). The program accumulates the expertise of more than 800 industry leaders from different regions of Russia. It is they who form an up-to-date knowledge base for specialists that will help solve work problems.

The Innovation of the Year award is being held at PIR Expo for the second time. The contest presents to the professional community the most interesting and promising developments in the field of equipment and technologies for restaurant and hotel businesses. Visitors have a unique opportunity to see new products with their own eyes, chat with manufacturers and discuss how new solutions can be applied in business.
Besides coffee championships are held within the frames of PIR Expo - the finals of the 13th season of the Russian Coffee Cup, the Cup Tasters Battle finals and the Dalla Corte Cup finals. Participants demonstrate their skills, receive feedback from recognized experts and declare themselves to the professional community.
