The International exhibition of services, technologies, and materials for housing and utilities, construction, and urban improvement UtiliCon will be held November 10 through 13 at Crocus Expo.
The event brings together equipment manufacturers, technology suppliers, developers, and representatives of municipal services to showcase modern solutions for urban infrastructure management.
The exhibition will be held simultaneously with the industry exhibitions MITEX and Mir Klimata as part of the joint project MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities. The co-location of these events creates a unified professional platform for equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, developers, and representatives of the utilities sector to discuss the modernization of urban infrastructure, the implementation of new technologies, and the development of modern city management systems.
For industry professionals, the exhibition provides an opportunity to gain practical insights into the development of municipal infrastructure and to directly discuss technological solutions with representatives of companies and industry organizations.
UtiliCon is a platform where practical solutions for the modernization of urban infrastructure and municipal services are discussed. The exhibition includes professional meetings and buyer programs, including the “Retail Chain Purchasing Center™” format, which brings together manufacturers, developers, integrators, and representatives of municipal services for targeted negotiations. According to the results of the previous edition, 388 business meetings were held and 317 preliminary agreements were reached, with the potential contract value exceeding 10.6 billion rubles.
The exhibition’s business program is held in the MEGAPOLIS ARENA format and brings together key industry experts. During the previous season, more than 110 experts held over 20 industry events, including strategic sessions, discussions, and round tables.
Key topics include the modernization of municipal infrastructure, digital transformation of housing and utilities services, energy efficiency of urban systems, the implementation of innovative technologies in construction, and the development of the urban environment.
Among the key events: the plenary session “Transformation of Living Space”; the strategic session “DNA of Housing and Utilities”; the discussion “New Urban Infrastructure. Digital Transition”; sessions dedicated to the development of engineering networks, modernization of elevator infrastructure, and investment mechanisms for infrastructure projects.
Representatives of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the State Duma, industry associations, development companies, and engineering organizations participate in the business program, creating a professional platform for discussing strategic solutions for urban infrastructure development.
