The 29th specialized exhibition for the specialists of HoReCa industry PIR EXPO at Crocus Expo
The 29th edition of PIR EXPO, the largest in Russia professional event for the specialists of HoReCa industry, will be held October 26 through 29 at Crocus Expo.
Every year, the exhibition brings together leading manufacturers and suppliers of products, solutions and services for the hospitality industry, as well as restaurateurs and hoteliers of Russia and the CIS countries. The organizers of the event are fully committed to developing the hospitality industry, raising the level of specialists in the field of HoReCa, helping to strengthen inter-corporate business ties.
A large‑scale exposition showcasing both proven, effective business solutions and new developments for restaurants, hotels, and the coffee business. More than 700 companies from Russia and other countries with up-to-date developments in the field of equipment, food and consumables for the hotel, restaurant, coffee business and Retail will exhibit at the exhibition. The exposition will comprise more than 40 000 square meters.
The exhibition is segmented into four sectors:
- PIR Restaurante is the central specialized focus within the «PIR Expo» project, showcasing innovations and new products for the restaurant and food service industry. The project provides professionals in the restaurant business with concentrated access to the market, cutting-edge solutions, and knowledge for growth.The section brings together restaurant business professionals and experts in the field of HoReCa segment professional equipment
- PIR Coffee is intended for coffee and tea business professionals. It showcases everything essential for the coffee business — from equipment for brewing, roasting, and packaging coffee to raw materials from leading importers, roasters, and ingredient suppliers who annually present the most relevant products and innovations.
- PIR Hotel is a key thematic area of the «PIR Expo» exhibition. The project provides hotel industry professionals with opportunities to explore the market, discover top business solutions, and gain valuable knowledge.
- Food Production. Ready-to-eat meals. A new project within PIR Expo, fully focused on the industrial catering segment, central production, and ready-to-eat meals. For owners of central kitchens, ready-meal manufacturers, restaurant and grocery chains, food production development managers, chief technologists, quality and food safety directors, logistics services, designers, and integrators of food production equipment.
An extensive business program that brings together the expertise of market leaders, offering in‑depth analysis of current industry challenges and ways to overcome them. Over 400 events will be held on the territory of the exhibition (conferences, lectures, joint sessions, practical master classes, discussions and presentations). More than 800 industry leaders from different regions of Russia will take part in the business program. The exhibition traditionally facilitates professional networking, experience exchange among key industry players, and contract signing.
