The 28th International exhibition of ingredients, raw materials and equipment for their production Global Ingredients Show was held April 29 through 30 at Crocus Expo.
The show has reaffirmed its status as a significant industry platform, bringing together producers and suppliers of ingredients, raw materials, and technological solutions for the food, perfume and cosmetics industries, as well as the dietary supplements market.
This year, more than 160 companies from Russia, India, Malaysia, and China took part in the exhibition. The exposition showcased a wide range of solutions — from basic raw materials to high-tech ingredients and advanced developments.
The exhibition generated strong interest from the professional community: over three days, the venue was visited by more than 2,300 specialists — manufacturers of food and beverages, cosmetics, perfumery, and dietary supplements, as well as representatives of specialized trade.
Throughout all three exhibition days, the event was accompanied by the forum Ingredients and Additives. Technologies That Change Industries. The forum featured 93 expert speakers — representatives of government bodies, industry associations, scientific organisations, and businesses.
Discussions were held in the format of panel sessions across three key thematic tracks: Food Products, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplements.
A major highlight of the forum was the Technological Workshop: From Trend to Formulation, during which industry trends in the use of food additives in food production were identified, and technological solutions and ingredients for meat, dairy, confectionery products, and beverages were presented.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the Recipe for Leadership award ceremony took place — a prize for the best marketing department among exhibitors. The winners were companies whose advertising and PR activities to attract visitors proved to be the most effective.
The next edition of the Global Ingredients Show will be held April 21 through 23, 2027.
