Post show report of the 28th specialized exhibition for the specialists of HoReCa industry PIR EXPO

The 28th edition of PIR EXPO, the largest in Russia professional event for the specialists of HoReCa industry, was held October 27 through 30 at Crocus Expo. The event has traditionally become a central communication platform for professional players in the HoReCa industry.

The event traditionally became an annual consolidated platform that brings together leading manufacturers and suppliers of products, solutions, and services for the hospitality sector with businesses in the hospitality industry.

This year, 800 manufacturing and supplier companies, including both Russian and international representatives, participated in the exhibition. 48,563 specialists from various parts of the country were able to view their products and solutions.

The exhibition was segmented into three thematic sections (PIR Restaurant, PIR Coffee and PIR Hotel) featuring a large scale exposition and a business program.

PIR Restaurant was the central specialized focus within the PIR Expo project, showcasing innovations and new products for the restaurant and food service industry. The project provided professionals in the restaurant business with concentrated access to the market, cutting-edge solutions, and knowledge for growth. The section brought together restaurant business professionals and experts in the field of HoReCa segment professional equipment.

PIR Hotel was a key thematic area of the PIR Expo exhibition. The project provided hotel industry professionals with opportunities to explore the market, discover top business solutions, and gain valuable knowledge.

PIR Coffee was intended for coffee and tea business professionals. It showcased everything essential for the coffee business  from equipment for brewing, roasting, and packaging coffee to raw materials from leading importers, roasters, and ingredient suppliers who annually present the most relevant products and innovations.

Every year the organizers prepare the most relevant business program where leaders and industry practitioners in hospitality share their expertise, offering strategic solutions for business. The business program of PIR Expo for HoReCa specialists included 317 events. Analytical and educational sessions, lectures, practical seminars and master classes were held at 23 business platforms of the exhibition. 712 leading experts in the field of restaurant, hotel and coffee business took part in the events within the frames of the business program.

The 29th specialized exhibition for the specialists of HoReCa industry PIR EXPO will be held October 26 through 29, 2026.
