The 17th International exhibition for municipal, industrial, construction, agricultural waste management and ecology WasteTech, a main business event that offers equipment, technologies, and services for housing sector and all the types of industries, was held September 9 through 11 at Crocus Expo.
WasteTech is an important meeting place for waste management companies, industrial companies and technology and equipment suppliers. Here, manufacturers and distributors demonstrate solutions and offer the best conditions for utilities and industrial enterprises.
More than 60 manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, India and China presented equipment and services at the exhibition.
2025 has become a significant year: there were domestic enterprises representing a set of solutions for the collection, sorting, transportation, processing and disposal of waste. The share of companies representing Russian equipment for handling various types of waste, complex solutions for processing and technologies for environmentally friendly processing has increased.
5,000 professionals attended the event. Representatives of companies - regional waste management operators, housing and communal services enterprises, various industries, trade companies, government bodies from Russia and 10 foreign countries - the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, India, China, Turkey, Uzbekistan and others.
Broad audience of the exhibition allowed to get access to thousands of potential customers from all regions of Russia. The event provided an opportunity for professionals to exchange experience and adopt the best strategies in the industry. Visual demonstrations of products and techniques allowed participants to be the first to learn about new techniques and know-hows.
The WasteTech Forum, the program of practical conferences for regional operators, engineers, environmentalists and other industry professionals, revealed all the intricacies of building an integrated waste management system, digitalization of the industry, as well as key changes in industry legislation.
More than 60 authoritative speakers and 40 hours of a unique program, which included sessions, conferences and round tables. More than 300 specialists became delegates to the program.
The next edition of the International exhibition for municipal, industrial, construction, agricultural waste management and ecology WasteTech will be held September 8 through 10, 2026 at Crocus Expo.
