The International exhibition of housing and communal services and construction sector as part of MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities UtiliCon will be held November 11 through 14 at Crocus Expo.
A flagship event that consolidates the best practices and advanced solutions in urban and communal services to promote the creation of new promising projects and enterprises in Russia and friendly countries.
The exhibition is supported by the Russian Ministry of Construction and top officials will participate in the event program; it will be part of the large-scale project MEGAPOLIS EXPO: Technologies and Solutions for Modern Cities, which brings together the leading industry events: UtiliCon (housing and utilities and building complex), Climate World (climate systems) and MITEX (tools and technologies). This is a synergy of opportunities for practitioners who create comfortable and sustainable environments, public spaces and, thanks to their daily professional efforts, make our cities even more livable.
At UtiliCon 2025, companies presenting advanced ideas and solutions in housing and communal services, construction, reconstruction, improvement and operation of territories will demonstrate their technologies and projects in various formats, communicate with management companies, homeowners' associations, resource supply organisations, operation and improvement companies, developers and builders, utility service providers, as well as establish direct contact with potential customers.
The business program will feature representatives of ministries and agencies from various regions of Russia, who will share their plans and projects that shape the development of cities. Professional conferences and expert sessions for managers and practitioners in the housing and utilities sector will be held within the frames of the business program.
