The International trade fair for logistics, transport, warehousing technologies and equipment Logistika Expo was successfully held May 27 through 30 at Crocus Expo.

Held across pavilion halls, outdoor areas, and business program venues, brought together the specialists of transport and warehouse logistics. Logistika Expo 2025 served as a powerful platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discovering the latest trends — while also fostering the development of breakthrough solutions by leading experts. More than just a key B2B event, Logistika Expo has emerged as a launchpad for strategic initiatives that will shape the future of the industry.

Logistika Expo featured over 100 brands, including RACKFORK, JAC, NOBLELIFT, XCMG, GK STT, ADVANTA-M, HELI, CHL, LIMGARD, ROBBOX, BAIKAL-SERVICE, AXELOT, EME, MICRON, ATI.SU, BAIKAL-EXPRESS, SCANCODE, TK TEKHNOLOGIYA DVIZHENIYA and many others.

The exhibition provided a stage for leading companies to showcase state-of-the-art technologies across all logistics segments, defining the modern image of the industry and accelerating its development.

The exhibitor breakdown illustrated the sector’s diversity: 50% focused on warehousing solutions; 30% showcased transport logistics and supply chain services; 20% presented automation tools; 10% offered IT solutions for logistics optimization.

Logistika Expo attracted 20,448 visitors from 42 countries — a 4% increase over the previous year.

Delegations from Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, and the UAE showed particular interest, while Russia was represented by specialists from 81 regions, with the largest groups coming from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tatarstan, Samara, Nizhniy Novgorod, and Krasnodar.

Notably, two-thirds of attendees hold senior positions, and 72% are involved in strategic procurement and supply chain decisions: 52% attended to discover new solutions and market trends; 37% sought new partnerships and evaluated products first-hand.

The business program was a key highlight, featuring 16 specialized events with 111 industry experts. More than 1,700 professionals took part.

The program was organized with support from: Public Reception Office for Logistics Sector Affairs, ESE Forum, Skladexpert, RZD-Partner Agency, Council of Supply Chain Professionals, Top logistics managers’ community, RACKFORK and GK STT.

An audience favorite, the StaplerCup warehouse operator competition set a new season record: 2 minutes and 13 seconds.

A major debut at this year’s exhibition was the Fleet of the Year awards — supported by GK STT — honored excellence in freight transportation: Light-duty trucks – Tablogix; Medium-duty trucks – Unified center for transport solutions; Heavy-duty trucks – Technology of motion; Innovation in freight transportation – Delko.

The next International trade fair for logistics, transport, warehousing technologies and equipment Logistika Expo will be held May 26 through 29, 2026.
