Post show report of the International exhibition for leading manufacturers, suppliers and experts in the HoReCa and Retail industry FOOD EXPO

The International exhibition for leading manufacturers, suppliers and experts in the HoReCa and Retail industry FOOD EXPO was held March 18 through 20 at Crocus Expo.

The exhibition provided a dynamic platform for leading companies, emerging brands, manufacturers, restaurateurs, chefs, and hospitality and retail industry professionals to engage with one another.

Food Expo 2025 brought together 168 exhibitors and 18 628 visitors from 40 countries, including Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, and Turkey. Compared to last year, exhibition attendance increased by 10,7%

The business program of the six thematic forums featured over 180 speakers. More than 198 hours of presentations were dedicated to topics such as HR branding, automation of recruitment processes, small retail and neighborhood stores, retail, FMCG market, cheese production technologies, as well as the restaurant and wine industries. The special zones Cheese Expo and Wine Expo, with cheese-making workshops and wine tastings, were organized with tremendous success. The Chef a la Russe and Sushi Cup championships became true centers of attraction for chefs and restaurant industry professionals.

The Food Expo 2025 exhibition confirmed its status as a key platform for discussing current issues and opportunities in the HoReCa and Retail industries. The organisers express their gratitude to all participants, partners, and visitors for their support and commitment to developing entrepreneurship in Russia.

The next edition of the International exhibition for leading manufacturers, suppliers and experts in the HoReCa and Retail industry FOOD EXPO will be held February 10 through 12, 2026.
