The 27th International exhibition of ingredients, raw materials and equipment for their production Global Ingredients Show has been opened today April 15 at Crocus Expo.
The Global Ingredients Show is a key event for the ingredients industry, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and experts from the food and cosmetics sectors. The exhibition features the industry forum “Ingredients and Additives”, where the latest technologies and market trends are discussed.
This year, over 220 companies from Russia, India, China, Iran, the UAE, and Belarus showcase their products at the exhibition.
New additives, texture enhancers, natural colours and extracts are what create a modern range on the shelves. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to be the first to test new products that will become a trend on the market. Participants present products, services, and equipment in four exhibition sections: Ingredients, additives, spices and flavourings: natural and synthetic ingredients for food, beverages, cosmetics and dietary supplements; Ingredients, flavourings and additives production: the entire production chain from raw materials and equipment to packaging; Certification, labelling and logistics services: ready-made solutions to optimise business processes; Contract manufacturing: the ability to delegate tasks to professionals.
Each year, the exhibition expands with new participants. The Ingredients and Additives Forum will take place over three days, from 15th to 17th April, in two conference halls. The forum will be an expert platform for information and experience exchange, where panel discussions and thematic sessions will discuss the prospects and vectors of development in the production and use of ingredients and additives in the food, cosmetics and dietary supplements industries.
The programme will be divided into 5 thematic tracks: Cosmetics, Food Products, Dietary Supplements, Cross-industry Track, and International Cooperation Track. The forum will analyse market trends, explore growth strategies, and discuss ways for the industry to adapt to modern conditions. Experts will review consumer market trends and changes, discuss the concept of “clean label,” halal certification specifics, various aspects of foreign economic activity, and much more.
