Post show report of the 23rd International exhibition of equipment for milk and dairy production DairyTech 2025
The 23rd International exhibition of equipment for milk and dairy production DairyTech, the only exhibition in Russia showcasing equipment, technologies, and services across the entire value chain of the dairy industry from production, processing of raw materials and dairy ingredients, to packaging and transportation of finished products, was held January 21 through 23 at Crocus Expo.
This year, 183 companies from 12 countries took part in the exhibition (the growth in the number of participants was + 10%), presenting the latest developments in the field of equipment, technologies, ingredients and packaging for dairy and meat production. Among the exhibitors were more than 20 international participants from Austria, Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, India, Spain, Italy, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Turkey.
The composition of participants was updated by 27% - 55 companies took part in DairyTech for the first time.
The event was attended by 4,306 specialists from 25 countries and 69 Russian regions, an 8% increase compared to last year.
In 2023, DairyTech Connect launched as a digital platform for dairy industry professionals, facilitating year-round connections with potential partners. More than 40 key visitors interested in purchasing equipment got acquainted with the novelties of the meat industry and some of them were interviewed in the DairyTech Connect television studio.
DairyTech’s multifaceted approach ensured attendees gain a well-rounded experience. Beyond networking and exhibitions, the event’s business agenda included tailored sessions designed to address specific industry challenges. These programs were curated to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical strategies, making them invaluable for attendees seeking solutions to complex issues.
Workshops and panel discussions offered a deeper understanding of critical topics, equipping participants with strategies to navigate complexities. The focus extended to areas like operational efficiency, sustainable practices, and leveraging technology for growth.
The extensive and topical business program showed excellent results: 15 events, 107 speakers and 804 specialists (which is 11% more than last year) became participants in the business program, while 71% of speakers participated in the program for the first time.
The 24th International exhibition of equipment for milk and dairy production DairyTech will be held January 27 through 29, 2026.
