Results of the 27th specialized exhibition for the specialists of HoReCa industry PIR EXPO
The 27th edition of PIR EXPO, the largest in Russia professional event for the specialists of HoReCa industry, was held October 21 through 24 at Crocus Expo.
Every year, the exhibition brings together leading manufacturers and suppliers of products, solutions and services for the hospitality industry, as well as restaurateurs and hoteliers of Russia and the CIS countries. The organizers of the event are fully committed to developing the hospitality industry, raising the level of specialists in the field of HoReCa, helping to strengthen inter-corporate business ties.
Topic of the year was the time of LIVE COMMUNICATION, which meant: off-line meetings, new horizons of business planning, profitable contracts, interactive, positive emotions.
The exhibition was segmented into three thematics featuring a large-scale exposition and a business program: Restaurante, Coffee and Hotel. PIR-RESTAURANT brought together restaurant business professionals and experts in the field of HoReCa segment professional equipment. PIR-HOTEL was intended for hotel business professionals. PIR-COFFEE was intended for coffee and tea business professionals.
Exhibitors presented 150 innovative solutions and services for the hospitality industry, novelties from leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment for hotels and restaurants, including furniture, professional household appliances and electronics, food, dishes, consumables, textiles, IT solutions and other numerous positions for restaurants, hotels, coffee houses, catering services and food production.
766 domestic and foreign companies took part in the exhibition, 48,785 people attended the event this year.
The business program where results were summed up, trends were formed, and experience was shared featured 319 events from the best 701 experts for restaurants, pastry shops, hotels and coffee shops.
The final of the Russian Coffee Cup barista team championship was held as part of PIR-Coffee - the first coffee shop championship in Russia, the largest coffee championship in the country. In addition, the largest Cup Tasters Battle championship was held on the site, in which 192 contestants took part.
The next edition of the specialized exhibition for the specialists of HoReCa industry PIR EXPO will be held October 27 through 30, 2025.
