Post show report of the International trade fair of apparel production sourcing Textile Collection Moscow (Autumn) and the International trade fair for technical textiles, nonwovens, textile processing and equipment Technotextil
The International trade fair of apparel production sourcing Textile Collection Moscow (Autumn) and the International trade fair for technical textiles, nonwovens, textile processing and equipment Technotextil were held September 3 through 5 at Crocus Expo.
For the first time this year, Technotextile was held as part of a single textile cluster, simultaneously with the exhibitions Hometextile & Design and Textile Collection Moscow. The reason for the success was the collaboration between Technotextil and Textile collection Moscow, which created a global event with related visitors flow. The exhibitions are Industry leaders. They united to demonstrate innovations in the field of technical textiles, nonwovens, equipment and fabrics for clothing, accessories and equipment.
In 2024, Technotextil presented: PVC materials, geotextiles, fabrics for workwear and ready-made PPE, non-woven materials, geotextiles, reinforced yarns and special fibers, equipment for working with technical textiles, fillers for furniture and much more.
Manufacturers and suppliers from Russia, Belarus and CIS countries displayed their products and services. Turkey, India and China presented 3 national pavilions within Technotextil. And India and China presented 2 national pavilions within Textile Collection Moscow Autumn.
The number of professional visitors was 5053, which demonstrates an increase in interest in the event by 6% compared to last year. The exposition featured:

126 companies from Russia, Belarus, India, China, Turkey and Uzbekistan on Technotextil;

99 companies from Russia, India, China and Uzbekistan on Textile Collection Moscow Autumn.
During the three days of the exhibition, specialized conferences, seminars and master classes about smart clothing and workwear, construction of tent structures, innovative textile-based materials will be held as part of the business program.
Exhibitions Technotextil and Textile Collection Moscow were held with the official support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Small Business of Moscow, the Russian Union of Chemists, the Association of Textile Workers of Russia, as well as the industry community Russia Sews. The support of these organizations emphasized the importance and significance of events for the domestic and international textile industry.
The next edition of Textile Collection Moscow Spring will be held February 18 through 20, 2025 and the next edition of Technotextil will be held in autumn 2025.
