The International exhibition of machinery and materials for plastics industry Rosplast 2024 and the International exhibition for mold and tool making, equipment and technologies for product manufacture Rosmould & 3D-TECH 2024 were held June 18 through 20 at Crocus Expo.
The exhibitions presented a record exposition of Russian and foreign manufacturers of moulds and tool making, suppliers of equipment and materials for the production of polymer products, as well as 3D printing and additive technologies. This year, the exposition of Rosmould & 3D-TECH and Rosplast has increased by 42%. The number of participants in both exhibitions was 504 companies from 10 countries (Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Germany, India, Iran, Jordan, Russia, Taiwan, Türkiye). The share of foreign participants was 58%, the share of new ones was 38%, and 92% of exhibitors have confirmed participation in the exhibitions in 2025.
The total number of professional visitors has increased by 6% compared to 2023 and amounted to 10,683 unique visitors over three days of the exhibitions. 40% of them are regional visitors (excluding Moscow and the Moscow region).
Rosmould & 3D-TECH is the largest specialized exhibition for mould and tool making in Eastern Europe. Rosmould & 3D-TECH took place in Moscow for the 18th time, having presented more than 300 manufacturers of moulding equipment. Among them there were such major manufacturers as Atlant Plant, FORSH Plant, Dies and Molds Plant, IMID, Engineering Company, KB Press-form, MoldService, New Form, Octava Plus, System, Renol Group, Rotosnab, Rikor-Electronics, Prof-NN, T-Mold, TechnoPlastYug, Tekhosnastka-DD, UrFu, Shtanzen, Shulken Form and other companies.
Rosmould exhibition also includes a specialized exposition “3D-TECH - Additive Technologies and 3D Printing”, which is the flagship event in the field of additive technologies and 3D printing in Russia. This year the exposition demonstrated modern industrial and professional 3D equipment, consumables for printing products of plastic, photopolymers, metals, ceramics, etc., software, as well as custom 3D printing services from such companies as 3D Vision, Avimetal 3D,Grancom, Dipole, Leader 3D, Laser systems, Metalcom (Rusal), NPO System, Range Vision, Sinkam, Totalzed, Topstanok, Top3DGroup, Hardlight, Engineering Consulting Center, IRZ-Test, A-TECH, Jetcom, Innfocus, IQDEMY Group, Calibry 3D, Uniontech 3D, ONSINT, 3DLAM, Terem, Tsvetnoy Mir, Elina and others.
The exhibition of machinery and materials for plastics industry Rosplast has already established itself as a key event for professionals and specialists in the polymer business in Russia. The companies Gabriel Chemie, Symer, Alliance Composite, Gamma Plast, DBH RUS, ETS Group, NPP Polyplastic, Olenta, Nikator, Plastic Group, Polymer Group, Tathimplast and other participants demonstrated thermoplastic polymer materials, engineering plastics and polymers, masterbatches, dyes, special additives, fillers, raw materials for the production of polymers. The visitors had the opportunity to get acquainted with a wide selection of modern machines in operation (injection moulding machines, extruders, blow muolding machines), peripheral equipment and comprehensive solutions for the processing and production of plastic products from such companies as BORCHE Machinery, BIWATECH/FCS, Babyplast, CRONPLEX, EASTPLAST , KOMDEX, TEDERIC, YIZUMI, VIVTECH, Europolymer-Trading, Interplast, Inshu, KM-Plast, Polipak, PromTekhnologii, Formotronic, Energogaz, etc.
This year, China, Iran and Türkiye again participated in Rosmould & 3D-TECH and Rosplast exhibitions with national pavilions. The Turkish national exposition presented 17 companies, including manufacturers of moulds and dies, hot runner systems and standard components, injection moulding machines and thermal control systems. The National Pavilion of Iran has been participating in Rosplast exhibition for the third year in a row, and again with an enlarged stand. Participants of the Iranian pavilion are large petrochemical companies producing raw materials for the polymer industry. Active participation of companies from China remains unchanged. Chinese manufacturers presented products in all product areas of both exhibitions.
This year, within the framework of Rosmould & 3D-TECH, for the first time, a three-day International Instrumental Forum was held, which included the conference “Optimization of production processes using Russian software. Possibilities of domestic software in conditions of personnel shortage” (the Conference partner is ADEM-engineering LLC); discussion “Secrets of mould manufacturers and answers to the most pressing questions”; panel discussion "Russia, China and Türkiye. Market Reviews" with the participation of Association of Turkish Mold and Tool Manufacturers UKUB, Association of Chinese Mold Manufacturers ZHEJIANG MOULD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION, Association of Toolmakers of Russia (AIR); conference "Current issues in the development of domestic production of moulds and market trends"; conference "Practice and strategies for increasing efficiency, innovative level of technology and quality of forming equipment for the Russian market"; round table of STANKIN MSUT "Tool support for the production of dies and molds".
Each day of the forum was dedicated to a specific topic. The first day was called Technologies Day and included a session on WAAM technology and a practical session with participation of Rosmould & 3D-TECH exhibitors. The second day Mechanical Engineering Day - presented a session of JSC Concern VKO Almaz-Antey, a session of JSC Composite and a session of Karfidov Lab. The third day of the forum was called Medicine Day. On this day, a scientific session on the topic of digital technologies, design, additive technologies, individual implants and prosthetics for diseases of the head and neck organs was held.
The three-day forumof the plastics and recycling industry PlastForum became the key event of Rosplast exhibition. This year the forum was held at the conference venue in Hall 1; The Academy of Plastics training center acted as a co-organizer. The forum was opened with an international panel discussion, followed by a presentation of the Plastics Processing Competence Center by P&P Poliplastic and a session on the state of the industry by the Union of Plastic Processors. On the second day there was a session by the Academy of Plastics "World trends in the plastics industry in Russia", a presentation of projects of Plastics magazine, a session "Development and continuous improvements". The third day of the forum was dedicated to a new interactive format: the Academy of Plastics conducted a business game with the participants “Development and launch of a new product into production.”
On June 19, the exhibition partner TSOP Professiya held a technical conference dedicated to current issues in the design, manufacture and operation of technological equipment and injection moulding processes. A special feature of the conference was the practical focus of the reports and the analysis of cases in real production to identify and eliminate problems, as well as the analysis of the impact of injection mould operation on the quality of injection moulding process and finished products.
The next editions of Rosmould & 3D-TECH and Rosplast will be held June 17 through 19, 2025.
