The 24th International trade fair for construction equipment and technologies in Russia СТТ Expo was successfully held May 28 through 31 at Crocus Expo.
The powerful synergy of three specialized tradeshows became the largest center of attraction for specialists in the sphere of construction and special equipment, commercial vehicles, spare parts and service, as well as developers of technologies and innovative solutions for construction and commercial vehicles. The synergy allowed to solve multi-purpose business tasks and significantly saved time and costs for both participants and visitors.
The synergy of trade fairs, which this year took place under the EXPO brand, attracted a record number of visitors – 78 698 specialists, which is 20% more than the last year.
For the first time in history, the trade fair event occupied all three pavilions and all possible outdoor area of the Crocus Expo. The total area of four projects amounted to 200 800 square meters. The increase is 80% compared to last year. The trade fairs have reached a qualitatively new level and have become a milestone event of the year, providing the largest business platform for interaction between representatives of related industries.
1 746 companies from 13 countries took part in the EXPO synergy. Special attention was drawn to the large-scale expositions of the national pavilions of China and Turkey. For the first time in the event’s history, the number of foreign participants reached 978 companies, which underlines the high interest of the international community in the Russian market of the industries presented at EXPO.
The trade fairs were marked by a wide geography of visitors. The EXPO was attended by representatives of the professional community from 87 regions of Russia. Traditionally, Moscow and it’s region, St. Petersburg and it’s region, the Republic of Tatarstan, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Samara, Ivanovo, Tver and Rostov have become the most numerous visitors’ regions. The top countries by visitors: China, Belarus, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, India and others.
The main distinctive features of trade fairs:
CTT Expo – more than 3,000 units of the presented equipment. The maximum concentration of equipment, transport and mechanized machinery per square meter in the entire history of the project.
COMvex – more than 50 premieres and new vivid items in the field of commercial transport. The deserved status of the largest commercial transport exhibition in Russia.
CTO Expo - the most eventful business program from leading experts and professional associations. Full range of spare parts and components for after-sales service of all types of transport: passenger, freight and construction.
Logistika Expo - successful start of the exhibition, which united the high level of leading companies in the field of warehouse and transport logistics, e-comm and supply chain management within the framework of the trade fair and business program.
CTT MINING special exposition became a unique component of the trade fair. All the days at the exhibition: exposition of machinery and equipment for mining, transportation and processing of minerals within the framework of CTT Expo exhibition.
The event attracted 78,698 specialists from 61 countries worldwide and 87 regions of the Russian Federation. This is a record figure for the entire time of the trade fair. The exhibitors noted the high-quality level of the audience, it’s activity and interest, which contributed to the formation of numerous business contacts, discussion of aspects for cooperation and signed contracts.
Highly topical business program was presented at 9 conference venues as part of the EXPO. The formats ranged from conferences and professional awards to narrow round-table discussions and master classes. More than 200 speakers took part in the business program. The presentations were accompanied by Q&A sessions and lively discussions of real cases. The session was organised by leading professional associations and Unions.
The CTT FORUM business platform traditionally became the center of attraction for a professional audience and caused a noticeable stir, gathering more than 1,500 specialists. The forum’s program covered many aspects including but not limited to the following topics: specific aspects of buying and selling construction and commercial machinery in 2024, market of spare parts for commercial vehicles, equipment and technologies for the construction of high-quality and safe highways, rental of construction machinery and equipment in the current environment, safety of lifting structures, impact of construction machinery market development of the industry in the conditions of import substitution.
The results of surveys of exhibitors and visitors to all three exhibitions confirmed the need to maintain the format of synergy in the next 2025.
The 25th International trade fair for construction equipment and technologies in Russia CTT Expo will be held May 27 through 30, 2025.
