WOODEX post show report
The 18th International exhibition of equipment, materials and components for the woodworking and furniture industry WOODEX was held November 28 through December 1 at Crocus Expo.
The Woodex exhibition provided a unique opportunity over four days to get acquainted with all the offers on the market and choose the most suitable products and solutions for the development of enterprises in this industry.
100 Russian and 110 foreign companies from 7 countries, including: Austria, Germany, Italy, China, Latvia, the Republic of Belarus and Turkey showcased their products. 49 companies took part in the exhibition for the first time.
WOODEX was attended by 8 190 specialists from 26 countries and 75 Russian regions.
The business program the most pressing issues were raised and industry trends and forecasts were discussed, deserved special attention at the exhibition.
59 speakers who presented their reports on the most important industry topics made lectures at the events of the business program.
For the first time, the Digital Furniture Forum was held within the framework of the exhibition. The event was initiated and organized by LIGA and International Exhibition Woodex 2023 (ITE Group).
The Digital Furniture Forum became the largest platform for communications of the professional community of the furniture and woodworking industry. Invited experts shared the main industry trends.
The Digital Furniture Forum business program featured conferences “Production automation and digital solutions for furniture factories”; “Marketplaces and furniture business”;“Modern Door Production”.
The WOODWORLD 2023 forum covered all the main activities of forestry companies and their main markets. Experts discussed the production and sales of lumber, wood boards, plywood, pellets, as well as factors associated with the successful activities of forestry companies, logistics, raw material supply, and production optimization.
The next edition of the exhibition will be held December 2 through 5, 2025.
