Post show report of the 18th International exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto
The 18th International exhibition of automotive industry InterAuto, one of the industry's leading events in Russia and the CIS countries, was held August 22 through 25, 2023 at Crocus Expo. The exhibition was officially supported by the Association of Russian Automakers NP (OAR).
The exposition space has comprised more than 18 000 sq m this year which was several times higher than previous years. The exposition was accommodated in 3 halls. The increase in the exposure area was well reasoned by great interest on the part of Chinese partners, who are aimed at increasing the supply of their products, establishing and maintaining business ties, search for distributors and strengthening their presence in the market. 622 companies took part in the exhibition and demonstrated the latest developments in automotive components, garage and service equipment, consumables for repair, auto chemistry, paints and varnishes, accessories for cars, as well as other products of the industry.
More than 15,000 visitors got acquainted with the presented products during the exhibition, including industry experts, owners of car service stations of various profiles, heads and specialists of structural divisions, as well as representatives of industry associations.
The visitors were greatly interested in the stands of Chinese companies, which presented all the necessary products and equipment for vehicles repair and car service stations equipping. Special exhibition offers from foreign manufacturers allowed Russian customers to conclude profitable supply contracts.
The main topics of the 2023 business program were: standardization of the automotive industry, quality management of enterprises and relations between Russia and China in terms of joint projects in the automotive industry.
Summarizing the data of 2023, we can say that the exhibition is an effective platform for strengthening long-term international technological cooperation between companies from Russia and China.
In 2024 InterAuto will be held August 20 through 23.
