СТТ Expo, COMvex and CTO Expo post show report.
The largest exhibition synergy of the year presenting the market with a whole range of three mutually complementary and intersecting industries of construction machinery, commercial transport and after-sales service, СТТ Expo, the leading trade fair for construction equipment and technologies in Russia, COMvex, international trade fair for commercial vehicles and technologies, covering freight and passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, automotive spare parts and components, trailers and semi-trailers, superstructures, telematics, IT-development, and services, and CTO Expo, international trade fair for automotive aftersales market, spare parts and service, surpassed all expectations and goals set by the organizer for the first time in terms of the number of exhibitors, vehicles and equipment presented, as well as show space size. The exhibitions were held May 23 through 26 at Crocus Expo.
The powerful synergy of three specialized tradeshows became the largest center of attraction for specialists in the sphere of construction and special equipment, commercial vehicles, spare parts and service, as well as developers of technologies and innovative solutions for construction and commercial vehicles. The synergy allowed to solve multi-purpose business tasks and significantly saved time and costs for both participants and visitors.
The large exposition of the exhibitions was presented by 1268 exhibitors from 14 countries: Russia, Belarus, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, India, Italy, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, South Korea, Türkiye and UAE.
The national pavilion of China was presented on an area of 8 663 sq by 612 exhibiting companies. The national pavilion of Türkiye was presented on an area of 4 663 sq by 100 exhibiting companies.
The qualitative and quantitative representation of the exhibitors continued to attract increased interest from the professional audience, as evidenced by a double increase in the dynamics of online visitor registration for the CTT Expo 2023 exhibition compared to the last year.
The exposition of the exhibitions had been increased several times compared to last year, each hall was 100% booked, as well as the Crocus Expo outdoor area in front of all three pavilions. The total area of all three projects exceeded 95,000 sq m.
The interest of the professional audience was expressed in a record 65,815 visitors. For the first time, representatives of the professional community from 510 cities of all 89 regions of Russia visited the exhibitions. Representatives of 56 countries of the world came to study the market, buy equipment and equipment for business.
The survey of registered visitors showed especially high interest in the events of this year's business program. This is also evidenced by statistics: more than 3100 specialists visited business sites.
The program of the sessions was formed at CTT Forum supported by permanent and new partners, consisting of leading specialized associations and organizations in the construction industry according to the topic days: May 23 - Road Construction and Construction Equipment Day; May 24 - Mining Industry Day; May 25 - Rent and Insurance of Special Equipment Day; and May 26 - Demolition Technologies and Ecology Day / CTT CAMPUS.
COMvex Talks business platform complemented the exhibition with a strong program, developed together with professional industry associations, such as the National Association of Road Freight Transport "Gruzavtotrans", the National Association of Road and Urban Passenger Transport Enterprises NAPTA, the National Association of Natural Gas Vehicles "NGA", the Association of International Road Carriers ASMAP and others. The program covered such burning issues as the cooperation with the state authorities, tachographs, alternative fuel vehicles, cargo transportation, customs issues, etc.
CTO Expo was enhanced by a discussion of the key industry issues during business program sessions, organized in cooperation with partners - authoritative representatives of the industry, such as "Automarketolog", "RASTO" Association, "Right Autobusiness" magazine, etc.
Moreover, the exhibition program was highlighted by official award ceremonies of reputable industry contests: Construction Equipment Innovations in Russia - a traditional and very special outstanding event at CTT Expo, and The Best Commercial Vehicle of the Year in Russia - the highly reputable award with a 20-year history, which became a memorable event, providing excellent networking opportunity in the evening program of COMvex.
The results of surveys of exhibitors and visitors to all three exhibitions confirmed the need to maintain the format of synergy in the next 2024. Already, the number of applications submitted exceeds the planned exhibition area. The exposition outdoors has been increased to additional sectors and has already been fully booked, the indoor exposition is formed taking into account the additional Pavilion 2.
