TransRussia 2023 and SkladTech 2023 post show report
The 27th International exhibition of transport and logistics services, warehouse equipment and technology TransRussia 2023 and the 2nd special exposition SkladTech dedicated to warehousing and handling equipment, automation systems and solutions, were held April 17 through 19 at Crocus Expo.
Traditionally, the exhibition was held with the support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the State Duma Committee on Transport and Construction, the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport and other state bodies.
TransRussia was supported by leading Russian and international professional associations: International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT), Digital Transport and Logistics Association (DTL), The National Union of Experts in the Field of Transport and Logistics (SEL), Coordinating Council for Logistics (CCL), Council of Supply Chain Professionals and other associations.
434 companies, Russian and foreign industry leaders, participated in TransRussia this year. 481 companies displayed their products and services in the joint exposition. These were freight forwarding companies, port operators, software and IT solution providers, warehouse equipment and technology suppliers, customs brokers, rail, air, road, sea and river transportation operators.
For the first time, more than 150 companies took part in the exhibition. Many of them came from countries with great potential for cooperation: China, Turkey, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, etc. Representatives of 22 states gathered at one site.
Among them were international companies and the largest representatives of the industry. GK Delo, RZD Logistics, FESCO, SWIFT, Globaltrans, Sovtransavto, Demetra-Holding, Eurosib, Modul, Modum-Trans, First Logistic, Aurora Forklift, COMITAS, AXELOT, OKTRON, Mikron Plant, FKKK GROUP, Noblelift Rus and many other industry leaders exhibited at the show. Among the newcomers were: COMITAS, TransAtlantic, FARES, Vedexx, STE Logistics, RZD Business Active, Trakresurs-Region, Trade House Vertical, Techstroykontrakt, DiPOS, Rocktrak-Rus and many others.
Participants of the special exposition SkladTech demonstrated their warehouse equipment and technologies. The visitors of the section were able to choose for themselves services and technologies in the field of provision and automation of a warehouse, handling equipment, storage/racking and engineering systems, storage and handling systems, packaging and order picking.
For three days, the exhibition was accompanied by the transport and logistics congress TRANSRUSSIA 2023. More than 170 experts provided listeners with the latest statistics, up-to-date analytics and expertise on transport logistics issues. 5 conferences were held in three days. They were devoted to IT solutions in transport logistics, supply chain management and optimization, an overview of trends in logistics, e-commerce and other topics.
3 433 visitors attended events of the business program. 185 leading experts of the industry spoke at the conferences.
The next edition of the exhibition will be held March 19 through 21, 2024.
