The 21st International exhibition of dairy and meat industry DairyTech will be held at Crocus Expo
The 21st International exhibition of dairy and meat industry DairyTech 2023, a leading business event displaying equipment and technologies for livestock farming, dairy and meat production, will be held January 25 through 27, 2023 at Crocus Expo. The exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow region, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on Agrarian Issues, the Government of Moscow, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Federation Council Committee on Agriculture, Food Policy and Environmental Management, the National Dairy Producers Union Soyuzmoloko.
Every year DairyTech showcases leading equipment manufacturers from across the dairy industry. As a key industry event, the show attracts professionals from dairy processing and production businesses looking to source new products and do business with manufacturers and suppliers. More than 200 companies have already confirmed their participation.
DairyTech is accompanied by an exciting business program, designed for a wide range of industry professionals: senior managers, professionals in quality issues, technologists, engineers and marketing experts. Key topics include the most relevant industry issues: dairy export development, global and local consumption trends, innovations for dairy manufacturers and processors, quality issues, technical regulation, marking, measures against falsification, raw milk control, and membrane technologies.
