The results of the FINOdays youth program held within the frames of the Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies FINOPOLIS 2022
Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies FINOPOLIS was held November 10 and 11at Crocus Expo. The Mission of FINOPOLIS is to facilitate the introduction of innovative technologies into Russia’s financial sector. The FINOdays youth program was held November 10 and 11 on the basis of FINOPOLIS forum. The program’s goal was to attract young professionals to the financial technology industry and to develop their professional skills.
More than 1 200 applications for participation from students of the leading high education entities from various Russian regions were submitted to the program.
According to the results of the two qualifying rounds at Hakaton - the main event of the youth program of the forum –90 people participated who formed 20 teams.
Participants had to solve test tasks from the largest organizations in the financial and IT markets in 24 hours. The jury, which included the Chairman of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina, assessed them according to three main criteria: the quality of the problem solution, the elaboration of the idea and the presentation.
Father Joseph team came out top (a universal service providing a wide choice of payment methods). The second place took Origin dev team (a special system that determines whether a person wears a medical mask correctly). And the third place went to MegaQuant team (elaborated on the basis of an advanced analytics ideal client’s path from the moment of a product or service introduction to making a purchase of the product or service).
