XXVI Russian Oncological congress started its work.

XXVI Russian Oncological congress, the largest national oncology event with international participation, has been opened today November 15 at Crocus Expo.

It would be a 3 days business Conference organized by Russian Society of Clinical Oncology named after N.N. Blokhin and the Russian society of clinical oncology (RUSSCO) under the auspices of the Russian Association of Oncologists focusing on the companies news, products and services of Medical & Pharma industry.

The program features more than 50 thematic sessions, lectures, master classes and more than 45 satellite symposiums and joint sessions with professional associations.

The Russian Oncological Congress is the largest national event in oncology in Europe and it will feature speeches by leading experts from Russia and Europe who in their reports will consider modern aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. The exhibition of the largest pharmaceutical companies on the Russian market will be held within the frames of the congress.

About three thousand attendees participate in the Congress: the largest oncological clinics, profile educational institutions and research centers.

Leading national and foreign specialists from Russia and Europe speak at the Congress. They will touch upon hot topics of modern aspects of diagnostics and treatment of malignant tumors in their reports. Thematic sessions and master classes are planned within the frames of the project. Participants will discuss how to reveal malignancies at early stages. Special attention will be paid to issues related to reproduction and pregnancy at cancer patients.

The contest of young scientists is held within the framework of the Russian Oncological congress. The contest has been initiated and organized by the Committee of Young Oncologists. The organizer of the competition is the Russian Society of Clinical Oncology.
