Visitor registration for MITT 2023 has been opened

The 29th International Travel Show MITT, one of the five largest exhibitions worldwide, will be held March 16 through 18, 2023 at Crocus Expo. Leaders and professionals of the industry from all over the world visit the exhibition to find new connections, explore unique tourism products, and create partnerships.

MITT is the leading international travel & tourism trade show in Russia and the CIS. Participation in MITT is a live contact with travel agents and tour operators from Russian regions and world countries. Exhibiting with a stand will allow you to demonstrate the product to a wide target audience, increase the volume and geography of sales. MITT is the largest travel and tourism trade show in Russia in all categories of the All-Russian Exhibition Rating 2018-2019.

The countries like Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Venezuela, Egypt, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Philippines will participate at MITT 2022. Algeria, Indonesia, and Kenya will exhibit for the first time. More than 60 subjects of the Russian Federation will take part in the MITT 2022 exhibition, including the Republics Buryatia, Tatarstan, Karelia, Dagestan, Kamchatka Krai, Altai Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Saint Petersburg, as well as the Moscow, Rostov, Kaliningrad, Tyumen, Irkutsk regions, and others. Among the new exhibitors from Russia there will be the Orenburg, Amur, Chelyabinsk regions, Khabarovsk Krai, and Yekaterinburg.

The business program that traditionally accompanies MITT will feature different events reflecting trend topics of the Russian travel industry. This year, it will also include various conferences on digital technologies in tourism. On 15 March, the key event will be the All-Russian Conference of the Federal Tourism Agency.

The event, “Forum of Travel Industry Leaders”, will run from 15 to 17 March, and will consist of meetings with the heads of travel companies, hotels, and government officials to discuss the industry issues. The experts will talk about the development of domestic tourism in Russia, current legislative changes, and support measures for business community.

On 15 March, the analytical session “Russian tourist and sanctions. What to prepare for?” will open the Forum to cover changes in the socio-economic profile of traveling Russians, preferences of modern tourists, key tourist destinations, and trend products. The moderator will be Denis Terekhov, author of the programs of the “MIR” TV channel. The session will be followed by the opening ceremony of MITT 2022.

Also, from 15 to 17 March, the free educational program for representatives of travel agencies “MITT Academy” will take place. The seminars will be dedicated to issues of travel agencies.

The MITT Travel Start competition is a unique opportunity for innovative and ambitious travel projects to showcase their novelties. The startup companies will participate in the following categories. The finalists of the competition will have an opportunity to show their projects to the professional audience and win free participation in MITT 2023. MITT Travel Start is organized jointly with the Russian Union of Travel Industry and with the support of Travel Startups.

The MITT exhibition organizes the annual Video Contest of Russian Regions. Visitors will choose the winner by voting on the official website of the exhibition. The award will take place on 17 March.
