MosBuild starts accepting applications for the award for young architects and designers
The 27th International trade show of building and interiors materials MosBuild 2022, the largest building and interiors trade show in terms of number of visitors and exhibitors in Russia and Eastern Europe, will be held March 29 through April 1, 2022 at Crocus Expo. MosBuild Awards (MADA) for young architects and designers will be held within the frames of the show. Participants will have an opportunity to nominee their novelties, innovative and eco products.
MosBuild Awards is designed to showcase the best new solutions and draw the attention of the target audience to products and solutions that give impetus to the further development of the construction and interior industry.
MosBuild Awards is an additional promotional tool that provides a wide reach and impact on 77,000 visitors such as wholesale and retail trade, construction companies, building and interior design professionals.
Young architects (under 35) and students of architecture and construction universities can apply for the MADA award. Projects submitted for the competition can be executed individually or by a group of architects in the last 3 years. Participation in MADA is free of charge.
Applications can be submitted starting from May 2020, the curator of the MADA award is Alexander Zmeul, the editor in chief of the Archspace online media. The winners of the MADA award will be chosen by the reputable jury, the members of which will be announced later. Throughout the year the applicants of the MADA award will participate in a series of workshops. The awarding ceremony and the presentation of the winning projects will take place at the MosBuild trade show in spring 2021.
Applications accepted for projects:

executed in Russia (by Russian as well as international project engineers)

executed outside of Russia (in case a Russian architect participated in the development team)
