Moscow Hobby Expo has been opened!
The International exhibition of creativity and hobbies Moscow Hobby Expo has been opened today November 19 at Crocus Expo (Pavilion 1, hall 4). The project attracts all like-minded people, creative personalities, collectors, modeling enthusiasts, fans of technical skills and "smart" portable devices, fans of ultra-modern gadgets, as well as lovers of an active lifestyle who are always in search of something new.
Companies from all over Russia (Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Kazan, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Saratov, Sevastopol, Tula, Yaroslavl and other cities) will displat the most popular products and innovations of the modern hobby industry.
Large key players of the market are among the exhibitors: Hobby Center, Fonduchok's Boutique, Lab Model, Albatross Company, Attic of the Collector, Microdesign TPO, Technell, Falconet, Ovechkiny Zabavy, Neocraft, the Federation of Tank Model Sports, the Federation of Automodel Sport of Moscow ROO, DOMKEDROFF, Mirabel Studio and others.
The following thematic sections will be presented at the exposition: Models world, Amusement park, Playground, Creative space, World of unique items, Technologies of the present and future, Intellectual country, Outing and camping and Delicious hobby.
We can rightfully define the diverse program of events as really spectacular. Visitors will have an opportunity to watch: copter flights; trucks and all-terrain vehicles overcoming various obstacles; radio-controlled cars competing with each other in speed and maneuverability. And most importantly - anyone willing can take part in various activities: master a new style of painting; try yourself in sculpting; learn how to manage technical devices.
Today the program will feature from 10:00 till 18:00 the following events:
- Tank battles of 1/2/3/4 divisions organized by the Federation of Tank Model Sports;
- Demonstrations and master classes from the Patriot club of historical and technical stand modeling.
A dense and topical program begins on the stand of the RCPILOTs community at 10:00 - preparation for racing on quadcopters and the competitions. Qualifying phase of the competitions will start at 16:00. The participants will have to register and undergo technical control, a training stage, master classes, mini-show and a briefing will take place after that. The next stages of the competition will be held November 20 and 21.
The Federation of Tank Model Sports invites everybody with a RC 1:16 tank model to attend practicum Basic Level of RC Tank Model Operation and master class Use of Small Machine Tool in Tank Modeling.
Various master classes will take place from 11:00 till 18:00:
- Master Elena Komissarova will hold master classes on decoupage New Year's jewelry, children's bracelets and decorative boards using acrylic paints, stains and patterns.
- Master Lyubov Mosolova will also hold master classes on working with memory wire and beading wire.
- Mastermama group of skilled mothers with many children will held master classes on various techniques of decorative creativity.
- Yuri Rozhdestvin, chief designer of the Malenkiy Samoliotik KB, will hold master classes on folding paper and expanded polypropylene aircraft for children aged 3 to 12 years.
The Federation of Automodel Sport of Moscow ROO will hold several events from 11:00 till 18:00: off-road and highway training courses and RC Drift courses.
Master class from Alexandra Fedulina, a painter, will be held at 16:00. Please be equipped with necessary painting supplies. More >>
International exhibition Moscow Hobby Expo presents an entire world of hobbies for any age! Professional hobbyists and those who are in search of a creative outlet come from all over Russia in search of materials, supplies, equipment, ideas and techniques and thus making the event a long-awaited meeting place for people who cannot imagine their lives without entertaining pastime.
