Summarizing results of the Moscow International Education Fair (MIEF) 2021
605 cities from all regions of Russia, 65 countries, 78 000 online participants, 7 000 visitors, more than 250 sessions within the frames of the business program. Moscow International Education Fair (MIEF) was held October 6 through 8, 2021.
The salon was held in a hybrid format at Crocus Expo and on communication digital platform MIEF. Connect. A special project New Space of Private Education was held within the frames of the salon. It covered issues related to private educational institutions - kindergartens, schools, universities, centers for children supplementary education.
The special project was designed to show the current state of the non-state educational sector and create a platform for discussing the latest achievements in the field of hybrid education format which had been developed over the past year, as well as present a panorama of practical regional cases. And the discussion format became the basis for the development of ideas and mutual enrichment of two sectors - public and private.
Denis Kravchenko, founder and editor-in-chief of EdExpert business magazine for education, was the curator of the project New Space of Private Education.
The event was attended by heads of federal and regional executive authorities, business representatives, rectors of metropolitan and regional universities and colleges, teachers and directors of public and private educational institutions, middle and high school students, applicants and higher education students.

365 steps on the road to school – Roadmap to Success of a Future First-grader. Date: October 7, 2021, 10:00. Master-class dedicated to: intellectual development of children, their speech; memory, attention and thinking; formation of cognitive activity of children; methods and techniques for the development of integral skills in children.
School Communication with Parents: Experience of the Last Two Years. Date: October 8, 2021, 18:00. The discussion is devoted to the challenges related to building a new relationship between school and parents.
Parental Zen and Teenage Self-determination. Date: October 6, 2021, 15:00. Parents and teenagers will discuss issues of preparation for state certification.
Child with Dyslexia: How to Help?.Date: October 8, 2021, 12:00. Practitioners will discuss the problem and try to answer the main questions: where to start and how to help a child with dyslexia at school.
Moscow International Education Fair (MIEF) was organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. MIEF is the largest event if the sphere of education of Russia: the open forum and the biggest in the country exhibition of the new educational technologies and innovational projects. It is expected that every day the salon will be attended by over thousand people.
In 2022 MIEF will be held April 11 through 13.
