Analitika Expo: attendance in 2021 increased by 12%
The 19th International exhibition for laboratory equipment and chemical reagents Analitika Expo took place April 13 through 16, 2021 at Crocus Expo.
On a yearly basis, Analitika Expo serves an effective business platform that brings together suppliers of analytical equipment and specialists from various scientific and industrial laboratories from all over the world. The results of the 2020 exhibition clearly demonstrated the unrelenting demand for the offline communication format from the business community. Demonstrations of equipment, sharing the experience, and networking are much more efficient live.
Russia’s only trade exhibition for laboratory equipment and chemical reagents. Analitika Expo is the main event in the field of analytical chemistry in Russia and CIS countries. The exhibition is the central business platform uniting suppliers of analytical equipment and specialists from various scientific and manufacturing laboratories. Product groups: Laboratory equipment and instruments; laboratory glassware, plastic, consumables; chemical reagents; laboratory furniture; laboratory research automation facilities; control and measuring equipment; equipment for biotechnology.
105 companies from 9 countries of the world (Belarus, Germany, India, Italy, China, Poland, Russia, USA, Ukraine) and 8 regions of Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Moscow region, the Republic of Mari El, Nizhny Novgorod region, Tver region, Sverdlovsk region) exhibited their goods and services at the Analitika Expo exhibition. Among participants were LOIP, Analytik Jena, Beckman Coulter, Bicasa, Bruker, Catrosa, Chimmed, Chromatec, Chromos, Ecroskhim, Heidolph, Koettermann Rus, Melytec, Merсk, Mettler Toledo, Miele, Millab, Netzsch, Petrotech, Roshimreaktiv, Sheltec, Shimadzu and others.
In the seven months since the previous exhibition Analytika Expo, the industry has managed to make sure that the traditional live format is more effective than online events. As a result, the attendance of Analytika Expo in 2021 increased by 12% compared to 2020. The exhibition was visited by 3,925 specialists from 14 countries and 57 regions of Russia, including 1,872 new visitors. It is worth noting that 38% more visitors from the regions came to the exhibition Analytika Expo 2021 compared to 2020.
As part of the rich business programme that annually accompanies Analitika Expo, 18 events and thematic blocks took place over 4 days: conferences, forums, seminars, sessions, awards, presentations of books and printed publications, as well as demonstrations of laboratory equipment in action.
There were 2 open conference venues: the Main Arena and the new unique SmartLab complex for networking, presentations, and exchange of ideas, the Chemical Theater lecture area, where various seminars, presentations and discussions took place. SmartLab was aimed at demonstrating the work of innovative analytical and laboratory equipment, hosting presentations of universities and technoparks of the Russian Federation, being a showroom of fume hoods, modular walls and ceilings for the laboratory space of the future, as well as a mobile tasting laboratory. The general partner of SmartLab was Bicasa.
For the first time, Analitika Expo hosted the Laboratory Investment Forum, a unique event dedicated to beneficial investments in the construction of laboratories, efficient workspace arrangement, and new conditions for ensuring the safety of employees in the COVID-19 era. The general partner of the forum was Koettermann Rus. The forum speakers were: Hansjurg Ludi, engineer, owner of H.LÜDI + CO. AG (Switzerland); Giancarlo de Mateas, owner of Labozeta (Italy); Dinara Gabdullina, Head of Laboratory, Research Center SIBUR POLILAB; Rustam Salakhov, Head of Operations Service, SIBUR POLILAB, Representative of the International Medical Cluster in Skolkovo.
In addition to the content events, there were presentations and seminars by exhibitors, where they presented their solutions for various fields of application: from clinical diagnostics to analysis of mineral raw materials and clean rooms.
The Anniversary 20th International exhibition for laboratory equipment and chemical reagents Analitika Expo will be held April 19 through 22, 2022 at Crocus Expo.
