Registration to WorldFood Moscow 2021 has been opened
The 30th anniversary exhibition of world class food products WorldFood Moscow 2021 will be held September 21 through 24, 2021 at Crocus Expo. Since its inception in 1991, it has grown to become the entry point for international manufacturers looking to enter the vibrant Russian market.
WorldFood Moscow 2021 was included in the Consolidated Plan for the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (Minpromtorg) in exhibitions and conferences held in the Russian Federation and abroad in 2021. The inclusion of WorldFood Moscow in Minpromtorg’s Consolidated Plan highlights the importance of the exhibition for the development of domestic trade and food industry in the Russian Federation.
Every year, the event connects thousands of businesses from around the world with Russia's key food and drink buyers, including retail representatives from Russia’s leading supermarket chains, wholesalers, HoReCa sector members, and food manufacturers. Exhibitors are grouped into 15 main sectors, letting visitors easily find their products of interest and their manufacturers. The event is the perfect platform to promote new food and drink products in Russia. More than 1000 companies exhibit their products and services at the show.
WorldFood Moscow 2020 was the first offline event of the industry after the period of restrictions. For objective reasons, in 2020 the exhibition was presented in the format of expositions of companies from Moscow and the regions of Russia. The main focus of the 2020 exhibition was the issue of import substitution.
Exhibitor profile
In 2020, for objective reasons, the WorldFood Moscow exhibition was mainly an exposition of companies from Moscow and the regions of Russia. The largest foreign participant was Azerbaijan: 30 companies were represented at the joint national stand. Other foreign manufacturers were represented at the exhibition by companies from Greece, Kyrgyzstan, China, Lithuania, Moldova, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and France.
