Natalia Lomunova, TransRussia Director, answers the frequently asked questions.
Will international participants join the exhibition?
The exhibition team and participants do everything they can to participate in TransRussia 2021. Russian representatives of companies will work at some of the booths. For those that have no representatives in Russia we are developing a hybrid participation format. Of course, there will be fewer foreign companies this year than usually, but the interest of international participants to the exhibition has not weakened due to the limitations. The international participants include: Lithuanian Railways, Budamar Logistics, Port of HaminaKotka, KoneCranes, TT CLUB, RAIL CARGO AUSTRIA, etc. NAVIS, that is part of Cargotec Corporation, will participate in the exhibition for the first time.
What Russian companies will participate in the exhibition?
Traditionally a large number of Russian companies-leaders in the transportation and logistics market have joined the exhibition: TransContainer, OTLK ERA, FESCO, Global Ports, Klaipeda Port, Novotrans, NEGABARITKA, Canavara Group, RUSCON, Eurosib, DVTG, Keystone Logistics, MODUL, SASCO, GLT, GlobalTrans, Atlantic Ro-Ro Carriers, AKFA, Modum-Trans, Ingosstrakh and many others.

The current Exhibitors list has already been published on the exhibition website and is updated every week. Starting from January, we are planning to publish the TransRussia Digest where we will introduce all the visitors with the exhibition news, participants and, of course, with our rich business program.
How rich will the business program be and what it is the planned format?
During the past year the demand for quality content has increased. This year we will organize 6 industry conferences as part of the TransRussia Transport and Logistics Congress.
We will traditionally hold our key conferences: The International TransRussia Conference for Cargo Owners and Carriers, the Outsize and Heavy-Lift Cargo Carriage Conference Breakbulk Russia, the IT Solutions in Transport and Logistics Conference, and the Conference on Management and Optimization of Supply Chains.
For the first time, we will hold the industrial conference Logistics in E-Commerce and the conference Managing Corporate Intralogistics. For some conferences where we will have international speakers and experts we will organize teleconferences.
We have another ace up our sleeve – we will launch a new content zone that will be very popular among our visitors, we are sure of it. Soon we will tell about our new project.
What is the general disposition among the exhibition visitors? How is the registration for the event progressing?
The registration of visitors opened in early October, and we see a stable interest to the event among the industry specialists. Our registration data demonstrate that the industry needs the exhibition.
Among the visitors having already registered 64% are the decision makers. More than 90% are visitors from Russia, we also see registrations from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan. If you look at the statistics specifically for Russia, you see that the Moscow Region is traditionally leading the list, we see many registrations from Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Samara and Sverdlovsk Regions. We can also note active registration of new visitors.
We are particularly pleased that we get a lot of calls from visitors asking to hold the exhibition this year.
