Rent of Conference Halls

49 conference halls of the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre are at organizers’ and exhibitors’ disposal for conferences, seminars and presentations holding.

There are 4 conference halls in the first pavilion Crocus Expo. Due to technical features their seating capacity is changeable. The first pavilion conference halls space is from 286 sq m and up to 1000 sq m. Altogether the conference halls can accommodate up to 1 000 guests.

There are 9 conference halls in the second pavilion Crocus Expo: 7 on the lower level and 2 spacious conference halls amphitheater-style for 600 seats each on the top level. Conference halls of the second pavilion can accommodate from 50 and up to 600 people.

There are 36 transformable conference halls on the fourth level of the third pavilion. A conference hall space comprises 162 sq m. A unique space transformation system allows arranging premises of various configuration and space for holding events from 150 and up to 5 400 people.

The Exhibition centre provides participants of congress events with first class facilities: monitors, plasma-panel displays, light-emitting-diode screens, microphones, multimedia projecting equipment, slide projecting equipment and portable flip charts and equipment for audio- and videorecording.

Crocus Expo IEC is equipped with modern lines of communication including international and facsimile lines of high reliability; there is an Internet, copy making machines, visa support and accommodation services.
