Rent of Conference Halls

Crocus Expo IEC offers innovative complex solutions in organization of events of different profile and scale. The centre has an impressive layout featuring 49 transformable conference halls with a space from 50 and up to 9000 sq m thus offering optimum conditions for holding of congresses, conventions, forums, conferences, seminars and meetings.

Pavilion 1: 4 conference halls and 4 meeting rooms. Altogether the conference halls can accommodate up to 1000 guests.

Pavilion 2: 9 conference halls on two levels (conference halls Red and Blue with amphitheatre seating), 4 meeting rooms and Press Centre. Conference halls of the second pavilion can accommodate from 50 and up to 600 people.

Pavilion 3: 36 transformable conference halls located on the top level and comprising 9000 sq m (Crocus Congress Hall). Conference halls are incorporated into 3 blocks of 12 halls in each block. A lock comprises 162 sq m and all halls are divided by soundproof mobile partitions. A unique space transformation system allows arranging premises of various configuration and space for holding events from 150 and up to 5400 people.

The exhibition centre provides participants of congress events with first class facilities: monitors, plasma-panel displays, light-emitting-diode screens, microphones, multimedia projecting equipment, slide projecting equipment and portable flip charts and equipment for audio- and videorecording.

Crocus Expo IEC is equipped with modern lines of communication including international and facsimile lines of high reliability; there is an Internet, copy making machines, visa support and accommodation services.
