International exhibition centre Crocus Expo services
IEC "Crocus Expo" proposes to it's organizers, participants and visitors of the exhibitions a wide specter of services.
SERVICE-CENTRE
The duties of the service-centres are to register participants, visitors and guests of the exhibitions, information giving, documents registration and further services.
Litigation and contractual department Crocus Expo IEC provides contractual support related to Crocus Expo exhibition halls lease for holding of various shows, fairs and forums of different profile.
GUEST EVENTS DEPARTMENT
The Guest Events department staff is responsible for interaction with exhibition operator management offices and supervision and inspection of guest events holding on behalf of the exhibition centre.
DEPARTMENT OF PROPER EXHIBITION ORGANISATION
The main function of the department is the organisation and holding of the international exhibitions of Crocus Expo IEC.
DEPARTMENT of AFFAIRS DIRECTING
The Department of Affairs Directing of Crocus Expo IEC proposes services, such as rent of 19 exhibition halls and 49 conference-halls for holding congress and corporative events, banquettes, concerts, catering organizing. The employees of the department also offer services like hotels registration and passport-visa registration.
Crocus Congress Centre features a unique combination of conference halls of various size and configuration and Crocus City Hall, a unique in Russia multifunction hall for 6100 seats facilitated with the most modern equipment meeting the highest international standards.
ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION DEPARTMENT
The advertising and information department of the expo centre places advertising on different holders inside Crocus Expo, on the joint territory and on the Crocus Expo web-site.
TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
Crocus Expo IEC transport and logistics department offers various transportation means for rent: minibuses for exhibitors and guests transfer, trucks for exhibits and equipment delivery and tow trucks. There are available taxi service points at Service Centre counters.
Department employees also render loading/unloading and hoisting services including handling of any consignments used during an exhibition event.DEPARTMENT OF AUDIOVISUAL TECHNIQUES AND COMMUNICATION
AVT department will secure every necessary sound and multimidia equipment for the organizers of the exhibtions and congress events visitors: telephone and fax, equipment for audio and video taping, lecture and presentation equipment, monitors, plazma panels, light screens, microphones, multimidia projectors, slide-projectors and moving flip-charts.
ASU DEPARTMENT
The ASU department secures Internet access during exhibitions for organizers and participants.
Buildexpo City company is the official builder of the exhibitions on the Crocus Expo territory and builds up all the exposition events (standard and exclusive stands), ran on the expo centre territory.
CUSTOMS
Customs station located in the first pavilion of the exhibition centre renders services related to cargo customs clearance directly in the Crocus City Trade and Exhibition Complex territory. Trucks parking lot is located by the Crocus Expo IEC pavilions.
SECURITY
The state-of-art security systems Crocus Expo IEC will guarantee to organizers and exhibitors quiet and comfortable working conditions during exhibition period including build up and dismantling periods. Security services are provided within the trade fair grounds in whole and besides exhibitors can also order a separate stand guard.
Foodcourts located on the upper levels of the pavilions will provide a wide range of food and drinks. Crocus Expo guests and visitors can enjoy a tasty meal or order a business lunch there.
FIRST AID STATION
First aid station is located in Pavilion 2 (Hall #8). A qualified medical personnel is always ready to render medical services to organizers, exhibitors and visitors of events.
CLOAKROOM
Cloakrooms for 1500 coats are located in the second pavilion opposite from the entrance and before the Registration hall. The third pavilion of the fairgrounds features the largest cloakrooms: for 3000 coats on the lower level and for 1000 coats on the top level. Organizers of events held in the first pavilion can apply to BuildExpo City company rendering services of temporary cloakrooms installation.
