The significant event for national and foreign experts – one of the largest exhibition of automotive components and equipment in Russia – InterAuto was for the 15th time hosted by Crocus Expo September 2 through 5, 2019.
InterAuto, being one of the key specialized projects of automotive industry, attracts key players of the Russian market, presents the latest developments of Russian and foreign producers of automotive components, garage and service equipment, expendables for repair, auto chemical goods, paint and lacquer materials and other branches.
Exposition
More than 370 companies from 20 countries of the world (Austria, Argentina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Germany, Israel, India, Spain, Canada, China, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Russia, the USA, Finland, Sweden, South Korea and Japan) and 45 regions of Russia (Moscow and the Moscow region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region; Astrakhan, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Vladimir, Irkutsk, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kostroma, Krasnoyarsk, Kurgan, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov, Samara, Sverdlovsk, Tver, Tula, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl regions; Altay, Krasnodar, Perm and Primorye territories; the republics of Mordovia, Tatarstan, etc.) presented goods, services and the latest solutions from all segments of the automotive industry.
There were the largest representatives of the national automotive sector: the enterprises of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region automobile cluster Avtoprom Severo-Zapad, Russian and foreign suppliers of components, engineering companies (participants of the International Supplier Development Program initiated and implemented by NAPAK); Megalight AO – a dealer of spare parts and automotive components; SIVIK NPO – a developer and producer of car service equipment; Chicago Pneumatic – a producer of ergonomic, safe and durable pneumatic tools; JTC – a distributor of automobile tools; HUNTER Engineering – world leader on production of car service equipment; INTERPUMP S.p.a – one of leaders in production of plunger pumps of high pressure; Pandora – a developer and producer of security and anti-theft automobile electronics; Stankoimport and Technocar – producers of the automotive service equipment; AkzoNobel – a producer of high performance paints for a range of decorative and protective needs.

It should be noted that there were also debutants of this year from Russia and from abroad: 3D Service, CEMB, FLOWEY®, Saint-Gobain Abrasives (Norton, Flexovit, Atlas, Winter trademarks representative), Maruni Industry Co., LTD, RUSEFF, AE&T, Autoservice Technologies (the largest official distributor of LAUNCH / Beissbarth / Quantex production in Russia), Arsenal, Briz™ Standart, Dialogue, KVADRO, Henshen TT, AUTOLAND, Gelson, SKYBEAR™, TEYES and others among participants of the 15th InterAuto edition.
Business program
InterAuto 2019 calendar of events included plenary sessions and discussion panels, meetings and negotiations with key market participants, visits to the production sites of leading regional and international industrial clusters, industry workshops, consultations of technologists and market experts on the organization of deliveries to assembly lines and secondary market, provision of services, attracting additional opportunities for financing projects, launching new businesses and areas in automotive industry.
The events of the business program were supported by the National Association of Automotive Component Manufactures of Russia (NAPAK), the Association of Russian Automakers NP (OAR), Avtoprom Severo-Zapad automobile cluster, Russian Automotive Market Research (NAPI) and RUSAUTOconnect®, the Automotive Business Connections in Russia.
The International Conference of Automotive Industry Suppliers InterAuto 2019, including various suppliers meetings and workshops on supply lines and supplier project support programs, became the highlight of the program. The leading players of the automotive industry market discussed the features of dynamics of development of the industry of automotive components at a new hi-tech level. NAPAK specialists held consultations on support of suppliers’ projects and connection to uniform base of automobile components and component parts’ suppliers for commercial use as well.
B2B-meetings of the largest Russian wholesale companies with authoritative Brazilian suppliers of automotive components and spare parts for passenger, cargo transport and buses also took place within the frames of the InterAuto 2019 business program. Forum MSO (Self-service Car Wash) Marketing – How to Increase Revenue? became another highlight of the calendar of events. It aimed to create a uniform platform for business communication of owners, managing directors, marketing specialists and investors of self-service car wash stations for discussion of topical issues on introduction of the latest technologies and techniques promoting increase in profit and also assistance to exchange of experience and establishment of mutually advantageous contacts between various participants of the market.
The Novosti Avtobiznesa Publishing House, the Gruzovoy Portal magazine and the InterAuto 2019 management office initiated and organized the 2nd conference ComTransCon: Effective Technologies of Commercial Transport Operation and Repair where heads and specialists from commercial transport maintenance and repair stations, branch experts and automotive segment’s professionals could discuss principal issues of the branch.
Visitors
The number of visitors exceeded 26 000 in 2019. The exhibition attracted wide professional audience: from vendors and distributors of automotive components, spare parts and up to representative of car service stations and tuning studio. Besides, the project traditionally got active support of federal and municipal authorities and specialized media.
InterAuto serves as an extra opportunity to present products and services, new sales channels and reliable partners for each participant. The project efficiently supports Russian vendors positioned as a significant event in the automotive community professionals’ agenda.
