MITT opens the season of tourism shows in Russia

The 27th International Travel Show MITT 2021, the largest in Russia and the CIS countries, has been opened today March 16, 2021 at Crocus Expo. This year the show is for the first time hosted by the Crocus Expo venue.

Official opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place March 16 at 11:00 in the conference hall E (Pavilion 1). The organizers are pleased to announce that this year the official opening ceremony will be held with the participation of the Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism of the Russian Federation Zarina Valerievna Doguzova.

From year to year, MITT brings together hundreds of countries and regions, and thousands of destinations, allowing one to travel around the world within the exhibition venue. Despite the current difficult situation with international travels, MITT will be held offline and will traditionally feature a variety of exhibitors. Exhibitors from abroad, unable to come to the exhibition for objective reasons, invited the employees of their Russian tourism offices to participate, because one cannot miss MITT, the leading international tourism event!

For the first time, the All-Russian Meeting on Tourism will be held at MITT. The closed event, organized by Rostourism, will take place on 16-17 March 2021. On March 17, at 17:00 in Conference Hall E (Pavilion 1), the Awards ceremony will take place. The awards will be presented to the exhibitors, as well as the winners of the Russian Regions Video Competition.

Exhibiting at MITT 2021 are: Turkey, Greece, Abkhazia, Maldives, Catalonia, Malaysia, Nicaragua, Cuba, Thailand, Montenegro, Israel, Bulgaria, Saxony and Albania, and the city of Alma-Ata. The stand of Armenia will feature more than 20 companies, and Belarus, traditionally popular among Russians, will come up with an expanded exposition in response to the growing demand. Among the international exhibitors are tour operators from Kenya, Madagascar, Peru, India, Latvia, Italy, Chile, and other countries.

For the first time, exhibiting at MITT will be: Onda Camping Village (Italy), TSENKI (Russian Cosmodromes), Boutique Hotel Severny Tsvetok (North Flower) (St. Petersburg), Adalya Hotels (Turkey), Adora Resort (Turkey) Selectum Hotels & Resorts (Turkey).

All three days of MITT will be accompanied by a comprehensive business programme that will touch upon the most pressing issues of the tourism industry. In total, the exhibition will host 14 events with more than 80 speakers. More by the link >>

Tour operators TUI, ART-TOUR, Kartazh Travel, Ost-West, Petrotour, Nevsky Seasons, Profkurort, Grumant, and Tari Tour confirmed their participation in MITT. Technologies in tourism will be presented by TravelLine, Sirena-Travel, Edelink, the reservation service Bronevik, and ITSpecial. Also participating in MITT are: Krasnaya Polyana resort, cruise center Infoflot, AZAL Azerbaijan Airlines, Vityaz (an airline and travel operator of Kamchatka), cruise companies Doninturflot, Lenaturflot, and others.
