Only two weeks are left before the opening of MosBuild!
The 26th International trade show of building and interiors materials Mosbuild 2021 will be accommodated in all Crocus Expo three pavilions March 30 through April 2, 2021.
This year the exhibition will be traditionally accompanied by a dense program of business and educational events - lectures and practical sessions, open discussions with leading Russian and foreign experts, master classes, book presentations and much more.
Visitors to the MosBuild anniversary exhibition will enjoy an unprecedented world-class business programme. This year, the content programme will include 90 business events with 240 speakers.
Housing is the most common and desired, and at the same time the most conservative typology. The biggest number of architects and project engineers is involved in residential construction. The pandemic, which made us spend more time at home, and the mortgage and building boom all over Russia raise the issue of the quality and affordability of housing. The professional community is concerned about the role and place of an architect in the process of residential project planning, and also creating the living environment.
These particular questions will be discussed at the MosBuild Architecture Forum. The Forum will include a plenary session and panel discussions on practical aspects. The plenary session in the form of a conceptual talk with the leaders of the industry will be dedicated to the role and place of an architect in residential construction. Is it all about the approved numbers and apartment layout? What is left for an architect? Just the facades, or is there more? Is an architect required at all, or will the artificial intelligence replace everything, making an architect a mere ideas packer?
The practical sessions are dedicated to the three aspects – creating quality product with limited resources, interacting with the ultimate consumers, i.e. homeowners and citizens in general, and responding to their needs, and the role of new technologies in daily work of an architect now and in the future.
The Building and Finishing Materials Market and DIY Trade – New Reality forum will be held within the frames of the trade show. Report of the INFOLine general director Ivan Fedyakov on the development of the market of building and finishing materials and DIY trade. Review of the INFOLine DIY Retail Russia TOP rating and state of business survey among the suppliers of building and finishing materials. Plenary discussion of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of the building and finishing materials and Special session – Battle of professionals: Omnichannel trade: owning an online store VS integrating in a marketplace: The living will envy the dead? will be also held within the frames of the forum.
