The Conference on management and optimization of supply chain will be held April 17. How to optimize logistics costs? How to find a balance between the level of customer service and logistics costs? How to increase efficiency and reduce the cost of processing and delivery of goods? How to eliminate unnecessary operations which result in the reduction of the company's profit? How to make all the processes of logistics management work well and smooth?  These and other issues will be discussed with experts and industry leaders in an open dialogue session.
