Preparation to the spring-summer season for active outing fans
The 22nd International exhibition Safari Expo has opened its doors today in Crocus Expo IEC. 220 companies from Russia and foreign countries will display their products and services at the exposition comprising overall exhibit space of 7 000 sq m. The exhibitors will present the latest and advanced products and services related to Hunting, Clothing, Archery, Fishing, Dog Training, Big Game Outfitters, Hiking and Backpacking, Camping, Lodges and Resorts, Taxidermy, Boats and Marinas, All Terrain Vehicles, Fly Fishing, Adventures, Anglers, Outdoor Wear, Guide Services, Sport fishing, Bait and Tackle, Fishing Products, Hunting Knives, Outdoor Adventure, Outdoor accessories, Archery Instructions and Equipment, outdoor furniture, Knives and Cutlery, Campers and all kinds of outdoor products. Separate exhibition sections will be devoted to tourism and extreme sports. Green Mile Safari (safari in the Republic of Tanzania) will for the first time participate in the project.
Expanded floor space is organized into thematic sectors. It will improve visitors navigation around the halls, make suppliers stands easier to find and provide our large show with more efficiency.
The Official Opening Ceremony of the 22nd International exhibition Safari Expo has taken place today, March 09. The ceremony was presented by Serguei Egorychev, Director Department of special exhibition projects. Participants of the ceremony:
Konstantin Eliseev, acting head of Rosprirodnadzor department central in the Federal District;
Elena Gorbunova, Chairman of Women’s Hunting Club;
Leonid Sonin, Chairman of the Board of Safari Moscow Hunting Club;
Oleg Lebedev, deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of committee on agrarian issues;
Alexander Trukhachev, President of the Center of assistance to development of deep water fishing and hunting, Russian champion on blue marlin fishing;
Serguei Aprelov, producer, presenter of the program My Fishing at Russia 2 TV Channel;
And other official persons.
As its popularity and success rate have grown over the last years Safari Expo has developed to incorporate more than just an exhibition. These special events serve to attract leading exhibitors and visitors and allow all participants the chance to broaden their knowledge and of course their sales potential. The calendar of events feature conferences and seminars covering issues related to reproduction and rational use of hunting and fishing resources of our country, presentations of novelties from leading Russian producers of equipment and gears that would allow representatives of regions to show advantages of the native land in the best way.
