Conference halls for rent

There are 49 conference halls for holding congresses, conventions, forums, conferences, seminars, meetings, sessions and presentations on the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre grounds.

There are 4 conference halls in the first pavilion. Technical facilities allow tailoring halls capacity in accordance with the Client’s requirements.

Conference halls of the first pavilion Crocus Expo IEC vary from 286 sq m and up to 1000 sq m. All in all conference halls can accommodate up to 1000 people.

There are 9 conference halls in the second pavilion Crocus Expo: 7 conference halls on the Lower level and 2 spacious conference halls of 600 seat capacity in amphitheatre style each on the Upper level.

Conference halls of the second pavilion Crocus Expo IEC allow holding events to host from 50 and up to 600 people.

The largest in Europe conference centre – hall 20 is located on the top level of the third pavilion Crocus Expo IEC: 36 transformable conference halls comprising 162 sq m each. A unique space transformation system will allow arranging premises of various shapes and spaces for holding events to host from 150 and up to 5400 people.
