Registration Hall
The major activity of “Crocus Expo” second pavilion is running on in the registration hall. Through the registration hall one can get not only into all exhibition halls of the ground floor but also into conference halls B, C, F, press club and to the food court.
As well as in the first pavilion, escalators and glass passenger elevators using which one can get to “Crocus Expo” first floor, are situated in front of the entrance to the second pavilion.
The entrance to the pavilion is equipped with gateway metal detectors and security service ensures protection of “Crocus Expo” IEC guest.
There is a service center in the registration hall and its personnel will help all comers to obtain the required information, to make radio advertisement or to call a taxi, and there are also nine registration counters for organizers to work with participants and visitors of expositions.
Cloakrooms for 2 000 places situated in front of the pavilion entrance just before the registration counters are also worth mentioning.
There are five rolling light boxes (total number of advertising surfaces is 45; five of them – on a stationary board and 40 – on a dynamic board) for advertisement positioning at the exhibition center second pavilion.
General-purpose multimedia data terminals are as well situated in front the entrances to the exhibition halls of the both floors.
