FUSION

Restaurant Fusion is a decorated, spacious, big, cozy and light hall. An ideal place for banquets, corporative parties, weddings, buffet tables and conferences.

Hall of the round form with a glass dome which creates additional impression of dimensions and illumination with various colors. Fusion atmosphere combines solemnity with coziness, solar space or night mystery of cosmos – a genuine finding for celebrations holding.

There are two zones in the restaurant:
- the stalls for 150 persons;
- second floor for about 96 persons.

Fourshet capacity is for 500 persons.

There is a stage and a dancing area, 2 make up rooms (one is for 10 persons and a VIP room for 2-4 persons). The stage is facilitated with a large LED screen (4x3 m) and with an audio- and lighting equipment.

TRAKTIR POZHARSKOGO

A new restaurant Traktir Pozharskogo was opened recently in Crocus City Mall.

The restaurant was named after a well-known tavern in Torzhok that is in the Tver province. The premise is designed in the best traditions of XIX century taverns. All dishes are traditional foods of Moscow taverns of before last century. One can find anything here – oysters, every possible kind of fishes, caviar, overseas delicacies, pastes in the French style. Besides traditional dishes of Russian cuisine the chef cook Kirill Zebrin offers special dishes in author's interpretation.

Traktir Pozharskogo aspires to revive the best traditions of taverns where visitors not only ate and listened to gypsies, but also had heart-to-heart talks.

NOBU Moscow

Nobu, the world’s most recognized Japanese restaurant known for its innovative new style Japanese cuisine is located on the top floor of the Crocus luxury retail building in Stoleshnikov lane.

The restaurant Nobu was opened by Crocus Group in April 2009 and started as a business partnership between Crocus Group, chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro. It is no surprise that Nobu Moscow is one of the hottest dining destinations in town.

ZAFFERANO
Translated from Italian zafferano means "saffron" – the most ancient and expensive spice. It is always added to dishes of exclusive Azerbaijan cuisine. Zafferano chief from Baku, Afgan Hankishiev, likes to cook meat dishes and pilaw of various kinds. Modern Baku cuisine from Zafferano: 12 kinds of flavoured kebab, delicious mini-kutab from a flour of manual grinding, paste-azme, spices, refined marinades, famous Baku greens, the freshest vegetables.
Favourite dishes from the chief: dolma from gentle grape leaves in ceramic ware, pilaw with turkey in nut sauce (fisindjan), cold cuts with all kinds of meat with fruit and vegetables in an oval frying pan (sadj ichi), mutton shivran bozartmas with Baku tomatoes, eggplants, pepper and red onions and Chilean seabas on the brazier with saffron,  pomegranate, red onions and narsharab sauce.

The menu has many pages of Azeri dishes with descriptions appealing enough to invite as many visits to try them. A plate of sliced veal basturma, quickly followed by a large tray of sprigs of fresh dark greens – purple basil, cilantro, mint, sorrel and others – with very fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. The basturma is a deep, dark veal with a thick spice coating, semi-dried and cured with a resulting spicy, powerful taste. For starters one can have a selection of qutabs. The quatabs are surprisingly delicate, belying, and in this case complementing the strong tastes of Azeri and Caucasus cuisine.
