Registration Hall
Registration hall of “Crocus Expo” IEC first pavilion is a starting point of any event as it is, precisely, the registration hall through which one can get into all exhibition halls.
The entrance to the pavilion equipped with gateway metal detectors is always guarded by security service which provides comfortable leisure and working climate for organizers and visitors of exhibitions from their first steps within the territory of “Crocus Expo”.
Service center, nine registration counters for organizers to work with participants and guest of expositions as well as Sberbank and Crocus Bank departments and currency exchange point are situated at the registration hall.
Service center personnel will help visitors and participants of exhibitions to obtain the required information, to make radio advertisement in case of necessity, or to call a taxi.
Traveling staircases located in front of the entrance to the first pavilion can escalate guests and participants of exhibitions to Crocus Expo second tier where food court and “Montre” café are situated.
There are four rolling light boxes (total number of advertising surfaces is 36; four of them – on a stationary board and 32 – on a dynamic board) for advertisement positioning at the exhibition center first pavilion.
Multimedia data terminals which help visitors to find their way within the whole territory of “Crocus Expo” and at each particular exhibition are installed in front of the entrances to each exhibition hall (e.g. with the help of data terminals you can easily find an exhibition booth of a certain exhibitor).
Besides, data terminals give an opportunity to use Internet, effect cashless payment or just to make a telephone call.
