Russian land market

The second International specialized exhibition Russian Land Market was held April 21 through 23 in the largest fairgrounds of Russia, Crocus Expo IEC.

Crocus Expo IEC and RusExpoTerra company were traditionally the organizers of the event. The show was supported by the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry for Regional Development of the Russian Federation, the Government of Moscow and the Moscow region, the Federal Fund for Housing Construction Assistance and administrative bodies of the Russian Federation regions.

The target of the exhibition was to contribute to the development and improvement of a young Russian land market. The federal land legislation is extremely complicated and creation of a civilized land market in our country is considered to be a task of primary importance defining macroeconomic state stability, success in implementation of large national projects, strengthening of international integration.

Companies from 9 regions of the Russian Federation (the Vladimir region, the Vologda region, Krasnodar krai, the Leningrad region, Moscow. the Moscow Region, the Pskov region, the Tver region and the Tula region) and 5 countries (Germany, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine and Switzerland) participate in the show. These are agencies on operations with land, land owners, state structures effecting and supervising land turnover  in regions, organizations specializing on land issues consulting, development, investments, estimation, legal maintenance, land insurance, building and assistance in land development, land management, investors, banks and fund institutions.

The primary goal of the project was maximum information value. Participants and organizers presented complete data on prices and possibilities of the land market throughout Russia, its potential and development prospects, creation of a real business platform for sellers and buyers interaction, organization of business meetings with participation of authorities, public organizations, private sector and expansion of the market for regions.

The business program of the exhibition was held in the format of seminars and round table talks. Experts discussed vital issues related to the land market, such as land investments, modern approaches to promotion of countryside projects, problems of land market of Russia, land turnover, lease and use of forest plots, legal aspects of land legislation, cadastre and land estimation procedure.

The International specialized exhibition Russian Land Market held within the frames of the Russian Investment and Industrial Forum (RISF) 2011 and specialized exhibition Building Season will present a special exposition Russian Land December 7 through 10, 2011 (Hall 5, Pavilion 2, Crocus Expo IEC):

• Land Development salon.
• Land Turnover, Cadastre, Valuation salon.

Exhibition goal: to provide the perfect platform for holding of investment project presentations which are of primary importance for economic and social development of regions, for demonstration of a complex of rendered services in the field of land purchase, sale and rent, mortgage, land consulting, development, investments, land management, expertise, estimation, land insurance, legal maintenance of deals with land plots.

Project objectives:

• Creation of a perfect business platform for interaction between land plot sellers and buyers, representatives from regional structures of power, public organizations and businessmen aiming to discuss issues related to improvement of land laws practice.
• Promotion of offers from land market players, formation of high-grade statistical data on a supply and demand conjuncture.
• Provide for access system to legal and assessed support at a preliminary stage of a contract right on site.
• Development of consulting, intermediary, informational and analytical and marketing services for the land market.

A certain calendar of events including seminars on land market issues will be worked out to be held within the exposition Russian Land. The principal topic of the calendar of events will be land market investment attractiveness.

All players of the Russian land market (organizations representing regional bodies, land plot owners, investors and financial institutions) are kindly invited to participate in the special exposition Russian Land at the Russian Investment and Building Forum 2011.

Organizers of the Russian Investment and Industrial Forum (RISF) 2011 are the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and Crocus Expo IEC.

The All-Russian meeting with participation of the heads of bodies of executive power from all subjects of the Russian Federation will be held within the RIFS’ calendar of events.
