The First Specialized Exhibition Russian Land Market will launch at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Centre.
The organizer of the exhibition is the largest exhibition venue of Russia Crocus Expo IEC.
The target of the exhibition is to contribute to the development and improvement of a young Russian land market. The federal land legislation is extremely complicated and creation of a civilized land market in our country is considered to be a task of primary importance defining macroeconomic state stability, success in implementation of large national projects, strengthening of international integration.
Assistance in overcoming of consequences of the world financial crisis will also be an important issue of the new exhibition project as, according to the majority of experts, the land market will be the first to recover after period of depression. It is quite probable to expect revival of the market segment in the end of 2009 - the beginning of 2010.
The support of the project from the Government and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the All-Russian public organization Russian Land Union, and also representatives of regional executive power serves as an acknowledgement of the event significance.
It is planned that agencies dealing with operations with land, the organizations specializing on land consulting, development, investments, hypothecary crediting, estimation, examination, land insurance, land management organizations, investors, banks, fund institutions and many other will take part in the exhibition.
The following information will be presented at stands:
about industrial purpose land lots;
about lots for warehouses, customs terminals and etc.;
about agricultural lands;
about lots for individual housing, about building of high-rise buildings, cottage settlements, family manors, summer residences, hunting lodges, garages, private moorings, hangars and many other things.
Seminars and conferences on problems of the land market will be held within the frames of the business program of the exhibition. Events will be aimed both at experts, and all willing to purchase or sell land lots. The experts will inform visitors of the project about the potential of the land market of the country, its possibilities and services provided in the market segment. The visitors will have an opportunity to take part in presentations of the leading companies working in the land market within the frames of the new exhibition. Developed infrastructure of Crocus Expo IEC and a professional team of organizers will create all conditions for the work at the exhibition to be as much as possible comfortable and commercially effective. Advertising campaign of the event aimed at targeted audience and at various strata of society, will allow attracting and encouraging different target groups of visitors to the exhibition Russian Land Market.
